We had another company come out to clear a basement floor drain and a couple of days later, that drain was still backed up, and we had a raw sewage flood in our basement. After having that company come back out we called Thorough Drain & Sewer Cleaning and he not only cleared the original drain, but also the main line all the way into the streets sewer system. The flow was better than we could have hoped. He cleaned up so well you couldn't tell he had been there. His price was much lower than we expected, and did not try to up-sell us to anything.

Thorough is the perfect name for Jeremy's company. He was extremely thorough and committed to doing the very best job possible. Jeremy fixed our undermount kitchen sink which fell away from the countertop due to lack proper of mounting underneath. It basically ended up being a custom repair job due to how poorly the sink was originally installed and Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure that the sink was reset securely and properly. He was also very quick to respond to the initial bid request late on a Saturday night and he showed up Sunday morning! That is amazing. He also was very neat and cleaned up thoroughly when he finished the job. I would definitely hire Jeremy again and 100% recommend him for your drain and plumbing needs.

Thorough is right. Other adjectives: responsive, speedy, professional, informative. The disposal side of our sink wasn't draining. We had calls out to a couple plumbers who dropped the ball, but Jeremy responded to my Yelp request and was over within 45 minutes. Thank you, Jeremy!
