I couldn't be happier with my service from them! Our furnace went out on us on a thursday in February so I was panicked to think we wouldn't have heat all weekend at best. I called them at 8am and we were so lucky! They had a tech on his way to a job, he went out of his way to come take a look at it in hopes it would be something he could repair on hand, quickly. I was shocked to see his truck in our driveway 20 min after my initial call! He came in and spent some time on it, called around to find the parts required for the repair, he was very friendly and professional. I still didn't have a lot of hope that this was going to be fixed same day but sure enough he was back at our house later that afternoon and in about 30 min we had a warm house! It really was an amazing outcome, the guy was our hero!

I cannot begin to express my annoyance and disappointment at the plumbing aspect of Thornton and Sons. We have been waiting months at a new construction house for someone to install out hot water tank. It's the last thing we need before the house is livable. School is about to start and I'm particularly upset that my kids will be living a half hour away from their school, which adds an hour to their already long day. We have gotten nothing but a run around of tomorrow's and next weeks that never happen. I understand not being number one on the priority list but at this point I'm convinced we're not on the list at all despite repeated calls and assurance that ""I'll be out this week"". Please don't waste your time with them.

What a wonderful heating company. Very professional, helpful and great service when our heat went out. Will defiantly recommend and will use their services again
