Nate and his crew were quick to respond... our water heater was leaking on a Saturday and he tried to walk us through shutting it off but the valve was broken...he was quick to set up a time to come out on Monday first thing and showed up when he said he would. His quote was much less than a competitor and the water heater was the same brand. No high pressure sales tactics and the work was clean and guaranteed. We decided to replace our old water softener since we were having issues with it as well. Highly recommend.

I feel like I had great service with a fair price. I will be calling them first with any plumbing problems. The owner is hands on and answered all of your questions.

When you don't have water, you tend to accept the first response and then when you can once again flush your toilets and wash your dishes, you look at how competitive the price was.

Showed up on time, good communication, friendly guy. Hauled away my old water heater and installed a new Naviem 240A tankless gas water heater. He said it was the same as the one in his home.

To his credit, it was done right, it was done quickly, it was a huge improvement.

Just very expensive, now I know where the plumber jokes about yachts and caviar come from.

I had an appointment to install a battery backup sump pump in my basement. I previously purchased a new system that needed to have the old pump cut off and the new pump glued on and two switches attached at appropriate levels to activate the pump and indicate high water. 3 technicians showed up and informed me it was going to cost $525 or I had to pay $65 because they came out. I told them I had the right to refuse an unreasonable quote and I wasn't going to pay $65 for a crappy quote that they could have given me on the phone. I offered time and materials and they refused as they are only allowed to work according to accepted quotes. I always thought quotes were developed based on time /labor and materials and not just made up sight unseen. I am an older guy with a heart condition. I know what this job entails. I just can't do it myself. I don't expect to be taken advantage of but $525 is CRAZY.

They said it would be half a day to move a gas line for stove, replace tankless water heater, install water filter system, add a gas line to fireplace, and install a whole house turnoff for water. They were here three days. There was a stop order issued by the city inspector in which I had to pay a fine. They moved the gas line, but did not remove the old line. Had them back out for a water leak at sink. Had them back out for water leak in filter system. Had them back out for a gas leak. There was no whole house turnoff installed.

We had a sewer backup smell in one bath. Was told immediately the toilet had to be pulled and a new ring put on. In addition I wanted the shut off valve replaced and a new tank kit installed, which I had purchased. Was given an estimate of $600 and in the end was charged $750 +/-. The workers left then came back because they had left tools behind. Good thing because they had forgotten to turn the water back on. When I tested the toilet it would not flush. They had installed the chain to the flapper and handle so loosely it wouldn't even open the flapper. The smell lingered and so I called them to come back out. This time (same guys) they asked me if the bathroom was used often. It is not and they then said it could be that the water in the trap of the sink or tub has evaporated letting the smell back into the room. Really!? They proceeded to explain these issues are sometimes hard to evaluate and determine the true source. So, they decided to immediately take the most expensive (and not necessary) repair which did not solve the problem. The water in the trap did the trick. And there is more. Then the shut off valve started leaking so I called them again. This time they stood me up. So I ended up calling another company who promptly resolved the issue. Seams the pipe where the shut off valve was attached had been rusty and should have been replaced while replacing the valve. A week after being stood up I get a call from them to come out and make the leaky repair. Seems they put the appointment on the wrong date. When I explained how dissatisfied I was the owner told he let those original guys go ""for obvious reasons"". The offered to do 'more work for me"" as compensation. Really. You think I want more work from them? Besides, I don't know many that have constant plumbing needs. A refund of the work that didn't need done along with the work that was done improperly would have been the right answer.

Thanks to Nate and Dave for fabulous service! Two new faucets, five re-sealed toilets, a slow drain fix, a flushed water heater, and many other small issues fixed that could have become much bigger issues later on an aging house. They were on time, professional, and gave great attention to detail when installing my new faucets over granite counters and sinks. What i also really appreciated was their concern for the next customer when they were running late. Please remember, the only reason any service person may be running behind is because they are giving the customer in front of you the time it takes to do the job right!

These guys were on time and were really nice. I thought my problem was simple, it turned out not to be.But they took care of me.Good service at a good price. Im going to have them back for some major work. Its very cool when the owner of the company comes and does the work himself..I like that
