Will never use again. I've been a loyal customer for 16 years. They've cancelled my last four appointments with notice well after they were due to show up. They're a marginal plumber at best.

Avoid this company at all cost. I don't care how long they indicate they've been in business. They do not appreciate repeat customers and they have poor business practices in place. They hide behind their office staff to avoid confrontation at the time of service where they neglect to inform repeat customers of a 50% up charge in rates. Let me state this again. A 50% up charge without notification of increases. Not worth it. They charge above $500 for a simple annual check on an HVAC system that does not require repair or replacement of parts and requires no refrigerant. As an extra added bonus their junior HVAC tech leave screws off your condenser where it rattles to the point you have others come out to address. They replace your furnace filter with the brand new one you have sitting there readily available. Again they are not transparent about their increase in costs and think nothing about cancelling your scheduled appointment time after time. AVOID this company at all costs. Call someone else. Again, call someone else.

BEWARE!! Rip off prices and never an itemized bill. We thought our $3000.00 bill must have been a mistake. For a boiler part under$200.00 and 6 hrs of labor...outrageous! Charging $466.00 an hour is what's called, A SCAM. looks like Antonio in the reviews below had a similar experience.

Had a radiant system installed by them. Quality of the work was good. Unfortunately post sales service is atrocious. It's very hard to get them to show up, if they'll do so at all. They claim labor shortages but everyone competes in the same labor market and other companies don't have the issue. It's unclear if they prefer to sell systems or what. But in any case if you want the same company that sells you a system to maintain it for you, stay away.

BEWARE OF EXTREMELY INFLATED PRICING!! THORNTON PLUMBING

I would like to share with you the total rip off pricing we were charged by Thornton Plumbing and Heating Inc. We scheduled a service call for a problem with the water temperature in our house. Unfortunately, Thornton charged us an excessive price of $3848. This was for a replacement mixing valve (confirmed from other sources to cost between ($1100-$1350) and approx. 3 hours of labor. This is an excessive markup from cost of parts and labor. We were unable to obtain an official breakdown of parts and labor from Thornton after several phone calls and email request. They indicated this is not something they typically provide. They also never gave any indication of the potential high price of the invoice so that we could decide if we wanted to move forward with them or get a second bid. This is all very poor business practices and will never work with them again. Since there are many good alternative plumbing companies in Park City, don't make the same mistake to ever use Thornton Plumbing.

We called Thornton about a broken water heater and they came the next day and were very helpful. They completely replaced our water heater and got it done within a couple hours. Great service.

Ken, the owner is great! Years of experience, professional, honest, and trustworthy. I am using them for quarterly and annual maintenance and when the house plumbing needs repair which is not a lot. I'm still getting familiar with his staff and this relationship is new, but so far I was really impressed with Ken.

I called over the weekend because my RADIANT HEAT had a dead zone. I never received a call back by Monday 10:30 so I called again. They scheduled me for Tuesday. Their fees are a little high, First hour @ $129 which includes drive time(1/2 hour), then $99/hour billed in 1/2 hour increments. BUT here's the uncomfortable part, they wanted a credit card # before scheduling or dispatching. I said I wanted to pay with a check and they don't care, they HAD to have a credit card with everything including exp date & security code. Of course I gave them wrong digits. I NEVER heard of such a policy and found another company to use.
