Thornton and grooms disappointed us, telling us we needed to replace a pipe going toward the street, when in fact the pipe goes to the backyard. They also wanted 1,200 to go further using high pressure water system. So we got a second opinion and they came out the next day and it was done in an hour and we now have plumbing. Anaconda drains we appreciate, and Thank you!

They were supposed to snake the main line and then put in a camera. The pipe is broke so they couldn't snake. Said they needed to jet the line for $1700. They came Saturday. They didn't jet. They did the camera they were supposed to do Tuesday and wanted the $1700. The initial snake and camera were supposed to be $149, which I paid. They shouldn't get any of the $1700 but they took $800 anyway. So they got $949 for putting in the camera and trying to snake the drain. We had a bucket that we had to catch drips that had some chemical residue in it from the vent clean. The guy dumped the bucket outside behind my garage. I've got dogs. Hmmm. He didn't realize we had cameras. It's a HUGE runaround! They ripped us off!!!

technician's ability varies widely. compensation is obviously driven by selling not by delivering outstanding services. i was quoted over $2,000 to fix low shower pressure with a recommendation to get a new hot water heater as well. No testing at all. I got a ""real"" plumber who charged me $200 to fix the shower pressure issues.

Don't call this company as they will rip you off and do absolutely nothing. If you have a backup in your sewer drain system call a real professional plumber. These guys main goal is to sale you services and products but their equipment won't unclog a basic drain clog!!!

I had a terrible experience with Thornton and Grooms. First, they were very expensive. I expected them to live up to that extra expense and the reputation they project. That was not the case. My installation very unprofessional. The plumbers were inexperienced and poorly supervised. Follow through and communication were very poor and they left me with sewage backing up in the middle of a job. It was an indescribable mess and biological hazard that took almost three weeks. Worst furnace service, or non-service I've ever had I received terrible service. This is September 2023 when I called and told them I had an emergency situation and they said the earliest appointment I can get was
two weeks away.

Was fine a couple years ago albeit expensive. Things have gotten worse. For a furnace inspection was given a 12 (yes TWELVE) hour window. And they never showed up. Later found out they texted the wrong number and regardless it's a ridiculous system - we were supposed to respond to a text that they would send sometime in a twelve hour window. They give us ten minutes to respond otherwise they skip us. I don't text much and I sure as hell am not staring at my phone for 12 hours non stop. Ridiculous. Was home the whole day waiting. Using someone else now.

I called Thornton and Grooms. I was kept on the phone for a half an hour. When they called back. They didn't call back it was after 4pm. I have a new furnace and it is covered under warranty. My furnace wasn't blowing nor is it heating. I am elderly. They told me it would take 3 days to come out to fix it which would be Saturday . This is totally unacceptable. They are the pits.
