This company has been great to work with for several years; however, they changed owners sometime this year. Their rates have nearly doubled and they no longer stand by their work. I called them in when the sewer drain from my washing machine backed up. The tech was fantastic and worked very efficiently, but I was surprised to see such a drastic increase in cost. I paid it and didn't think much of it. Less than a week later, the same exact problem happened. When the tech came again, he and I discovered that the clog was actually in a different part of the line so he cleared that. He then expected me to pay a second time! I, of course, refused since this was the same problem that hadn't been appropriately fixed the first time. The new owner then came to my house and was very unprofessional. I will definitely never call them again and definitely do not recommend. It's a shame to see the new owners ruin what was a good company.

Definitely recommend these guys. Kevin is awesome, came out on a Saturday morning, analyzed the drain system and knew right where to start. He had the the blockage cleared within 10 mins. Also gave lots of great advice on our old cast iron sewer system, which kinds of laundry detergents to use, etc. And the best part is that they gave 5 star service for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Our pipes were completely plugged on a Saturday morning in Midland. Thornton Brothers were recommended by a local plumber. When I called I was told someone would be here in about one to two hours. They were here in about 20 minutes. They cleared the clog and cleaned all of our pipes. Price was very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend Thornton Brothers. Quick, professional and reasonably priced.

We had a bit of a backup later in the evening 2 days before Christmas. They answered the phone and sent Kevin out to our house right away. Kevin was courteous and super friendly. He identified the issue straight away, got our clogged cleared and didn't drag us over the coals with the price :) I'll definitely be doing business with them again if the need arises!
