***Do not use this company*** I had my water heater go down and woke up with water everywhere. My water heater is under warranty so that part is free. This company wanted to charge me $1,350 to do the install and said it would take 3-4 hours to do the swap. I called another company and got it done for less then half that price. The other company manager said there was no reason for this company to charge that much except for price gouging. To break it down they wanted $1,350. $150 was for the swap. The rest was labor. O, and by the way the other company I used got the whole job done in 2 hours. *** Do not use this company***

Responsive, professional and honest. A/C failed 3 weeks after buying me home. Called Thor based on reviews from other sites and am more than happy I did. They are responsive - returning my calls same day - sometimes well after 5:00. Purchased new rooftop unit, at a fair and competitive price, had it installed w/in a few days. Some follow-up was required to have everything working properly and the tech, Frank McCullough worked tirelessly (way into the night) to make sure everything was right. The company is under new Ownership this year and they are making every effort to make sure things are done proper and the customer is treated well. Give them a call!

Last Friday my guest bathroom toilet backed up. I checked Angie's List and came up with Thor Industries. I called them and they scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Two properly masked employees came around 4 PM and I showed them to the guest bathroom. To my chagrin the toilet had magically fixed itself! They checked it just to make sure and pronounced it fit for duty. I asked them how much I owed for the service call and they wouldn't accept a dime! Needless to say I will call them next time we have a problem...

Troy is a awesome!!!!! We just had our air conditioning serviced by him and he was honest and efficient. Even though we are renters and dont own the house we would call him for our furture airconditioning issues. If you are looking for a reliable person this is the one.

My AC was not blowing cold air, I called to to for an appointment, Ii was scheduled on the same day from 4pm to 8pm. I was at work, a gentleman named Troy called me at 12:30pm on the same day and said he is on his way to my appointment. I sd wow really. He got there in 15 min. I couldn't leave my store unattended so I had my bff stay at my town house till he got there. Now, I was not there, but from what bff told me, Mr. Troy came in saw the problem and went all in and fixed it in less than 5 min the AC was running cold Air n he even changed the filter. Even tho I was not there, if the bff said Mr. Troy did a quick and great job, I believe him. Even tho I wasn't seeing, I was watching on my home cameras, and yes Mr. Troy was in and out. After the job was done, Mr. Troy even texted me letting me know, he had done his job. Now this was a Saturday morning, the next day, Sunday, Mr. Troy sent another text asking if the AC was running back to normal checking on his work. Now, I will say I recommend Thor Industries and Mr. Troy to get the job done. Thank u Mr. Troy.

I called at 5am and got an answer and appt set up along with a few followups before 6am. Thats an amazing level of communication and I believe it was the actual owner talking to me.

This is the plumber you want on standby when sh** hits the fan.

Thor Industries literally saved the day for us. We contacted Thor on a Sunday, Troy came out and gave us a very competitive quote. We accepted and the work was completed Tuesday. They were professional and performed the work beyond our expectations!! Give them a call. Use LOCAL they are worth it. They are great !!

Called this place on 2-12-2019 at 3PM to get a quote for some work done. The gentlemen I spoke to said it was not a problem and he would have a tech call me to schedule. As of 2-14-2019, 9am, no call. I called back. The young lady I spoke to apologized and said she would have a tech call me to schedule. It is now 2-15-2019, 2pm, and still no call. I give up. Guess they don't need my business! Waste of time!
