I contacted the company to have someone come out and install my washer and dryer. It needed to be changed from a 4 prong to 3 prong due to an older house and the washer needed to be connected to the dryer for the steam line. They knew what needed to be done and sent the appropriate contractors (I assumed). The guys showed up promptly and did not look very experienced. Needless to say, they did not do the job correctly. My washer ONLY runs hot water and the steam line runs water to the dryer every time I turn the dryer on! This SHOULD NOT happen! I called to tell them company thinking they would do the appropriate thing and send out someone as soon as possible to fix it fast at no charge since this was their error. And especially since I paid $340 for the service which was a rip off in itself! The call center person said she could send out a plumber because those were electricians to look at it but they might charge me for whatever service he did! Are you kidding me?! You should have sent the right person to do the job from the beginning!!! I SHOULD NOT be charged again for their error! A good business would have corrected their mistake at no charge and done so without stress to the customer!!! Very bad business! And way overpriced for poor work.

By far the best company in the savannah area for electrical,plumbing and AC. From the time I spoke with the people in the office intel the job was done was smooth. I deffenitly feel like I got what a paid for.

We are new to the area and have decided after researching to use T&T for HVAC, electrical and plumbing. So far the service has been great. Professional and on time. Dylan came today and went above and beyond to unscrew stuck screws that were making it hard to set up the dryer. Highly recommend T& T!

I will have to agree with one of your other advisors. This company is all about the money. I have used them twice. This company attempted to charge me for a job which was not completed, only until I refused to pay, and complained to management did they correct the bill. However some of the techs who did come out were very professional and performed the second job very well. So I pass no blame towards the workers. Last thing is their warranty leaves much to be desired. Stay away from this company do some research because there are others who will not try to take your money and run.

(150$ just to show up) Called to see if someone could come out and see why there was a tapping sound in the wall when we run the hot water. The woman I spoke with told me they only charge if they find something wrong and fix the issue, so I had them come out. The plumber told me why the sound was happening and I declined any repairs due to it was nothing major. They were here around 5 minutes cost 150$ for the conversation and them showing up. I would have never agreed for someone to come out and perform no work for 150$ that's a very steep inspection and quote for work. Had I gotten any work done I guess the 150 goes towards the whole labor bill. I've had AC companies do checks on systems and service units for 75-100$. To have someone just show up talk with me and my wife for around 5 minutes and charge 150$ with no work being performed is outrageous to me. The woman that scheduled the appointment was misleading. Three stars because they came out quick and confirmed what we thought was going on with a pipe in the wall.

Came twice, within 5 months, to repair """"slow toilet"""". After second visit (nearly $400) without improving the situation, T&T sent estimate for $1275 to actually address the cause (which should have been identified on the first visit).

I will never use this company again. I have used them twice now and only received shotty work from them. They are not professionals. I have a hole cut into my floor for no reason but stupidity from one of their service techs that has 30 years experience. A week without ac in the summer because they couldn't figure out the problem. I later used them again to put a toilet back on. The second they left I flushed the toilet and it leaked everywhere. I got quoted $350 to fix the toilet and $535 to replace the toilet! I went to Home Depot and bought a new $150 toilet installed and brought to my house (old one taken away) for $315 total . This company takes advantage of people. Why would I pay $200 extra for a cheaper toilet? Don't use them. They take advantage of people.
