Scott came to the property to help us find a better solution for our COID weekly irrigation plan. He checked out our gates, canals, pumps, sprinkler system and our small bit of land. While we don't have much to work with, but he gave us a better plan to maximize our water rights with less waste. We'll be using Thompson for our irrigation needs going foward.

It is Friday at 3:00pm and the water goes out! The family birthday weekend with 7 adults is about to go south. John Christenson, the GM, came out, diagnosed the problem and directed an employee to drive the correct replacement part. They fixed it in time for Happy Hour! Both John and his employee, Cole, are knowledgeable, courteous and just nice people who you feel comfortable having in your house. They explained everything patiently to me 3X ( I don't speak pump!) I would wholeheartedly recommend them each and every time.

Highly recommend Thompson Pump & Irrigation. We had a last minute request for water testing to close on the sale of our home and Thompson Pump & Irrigation managed to fit us in the next day. The tech that took the samples was very friendly and efficient. We were still unsure if the results would come back in time for the closing based on the standard time it takes for some of the required tests. Becky worked with us to get the results as soon as they came back and we were very relieved everything came back in time. I was particularly grateful to Becky for her patience, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. We've worked with Thompson for some other projects and have been very impressed each time.

I have been a customer of Thompson Pump for 15 years and that will be the end of my relationship with them. I recently had some hand line repaired and paid with it over the phone with a credit card. The person
processing the credit card did a $.01 cent charge to see if the card was ""good"". Really after 15 years you have to see if my card is good?? Then when the $.01 cent went thru, they ran the total charge of $181.00. But as a result my card was ""frozen"" while I worked with my card company to clear up the $.01 cent charge, as they thought it was a fraudulent transaction. Done and finished with this company.

Terrible company to work with!
Shortly after buying a new house our well pump went out. After calling our home warranty company, we had Thompson Pump come to fix it. The first time they came out they said they were unable to fix it and to call a plumber. When the plumber came, we found out it was indeed a well problem and had to call Thompson again. They said they would be out the same day, however they did not come until the next day and we were without water for the entire day because they ""forgot"". After several tries they were finally able to fix it, and each time the technician told us that they were working with our home warranty company. After getting the bill, I called Thompson to figure out what needed to happen to go through the warranty company, they stated that this was my responsibility to figure out. I called our warranty company and they informed me that Thompson had told then one month ago that they were refusing to work with them. I ended up calling Thompson back and spoke with Jennifer. When trying to explain to her that no one told us this wasn't going through home warranty she told me ""good people pay their bills"". Thompson pump has horrible customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Called these guys to get a quote on redoing our irrigation for 22 acres. Took several calls before we could get someone to call us back--in the meantime we found someone that could do the work and be cost effective! When Andy called to make an appointment-we kindly told him we had found someone else while we were waiting for him to return our call two weeks ago.

He rudely told us he had 6000 customers and didn't need our business anyway! Wow...amazing they have any customers at all with that attitude.

We utilized Thompson Pump for our new Vacation home in the high Desert. First off they were extremely nice and courteous. Not only did they have answers to all my questions but they helped me by putting the right system in unlike the competition which was only interested in getting in and out.
I cant say enough how helpful and professional this company is.

I have had several negative experiences with Thompson that included:

*We had no water and they made me wait around for 9 hours and never showed up-didn't even call
*They told us they could get us our money back for a working pump that we had if we let them take it (worth over $1000). Once they had it, they said they weren't able to get us money for it after all and refused to return it so that we could sell it ourselves.
*They agreed to replace one of their pumps under warranty but said that we had to pay to replace the faulty wiring that they, themselves had put in the last time they were out.

They have cost us thousands of dollars, and that is when they bother showing up. I recommend staying away from this company.

Amazing ...these men saved the day ! I had no water and they got me water in one day. Super fast, nice, and neat! I will call them for all my needs.
