The lady that answers the phone up here is killing their business. It's almost like she goes out of her way to misunderstand me and complicate matters. That or she's just plain ignorant with a bad attitude. She has no business answering the phones.

For example I paid them to set up a whole house filter, and they were excited to set up this new filter I just purchased, but when I called the place to set up the filter, she told me "we don't do that,". it was like talking to a brick wall. Later on the employee that was so excited to help me with the new filter called and told me "we don't do that" and acted as if I was pulling teeth for them to come do a simple job. I wonder why ? Cut that lady before it's too late. I will take my money elsewhere.

Called them at lunch and they came right out that afternoon. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend.
