I highly recommend Thompson Plumbing and Pump Service. Our well stopped working mid-day on July 4 and I called three local firms who advertised they did well repairs and servicing. Given it was a holiday, I got voice mails at all three and left messages to call us ASAP to evaluate and recommend repairs. I did not expect a response until the next day, but Jessica at Thompson Plumbing called me later in the evening on July 4. She scheduled a visit the next morning to check out the situation. The plumber arrived shortly after 9:00 AM as promised. Within 15 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had a replacement pressure switch on hand to complete the repairs shortly after. Very professional and friendly throughout the service call. Responsive. Prompt. Professional. Friendly. Couldn't ask for better service. And.....after 24 hours, I still haven't heard from the other two firms. Thanks Thompson.

This is absolutely the best plumbing company in the area. Whenever I contact them,they are quick to reply. If I call and get the voice mail,they quickly return my call. Jessica knows her customers and makes them feel comfortable. They have done lots of work for us and our neighbors. Their work is top notch. The staff in the office to the guys they send out first rate. I recommend them 100%.

I can't say enough good things about them. Friendly, professional and very timely. The first time they came out and assessed the problem they knew they had to come back. I thought we'd have to wait...they came back the very next day and went above and beyond fixing our issues with old plumbing and a leak with our toilet. Just because I can compare...our contractor had a plumber do our work with a new water heater and the amount he charged was astronomical and he charged every time he came back because he not only took his sweet time coming back he charged a service fee which these guys did not. I felt for the amount of time and work these 2 guys put in it was by far a fair price! I HIGHLY recommend. Especially how courteous they were wearing foot covers and just very nice compared to our overly expensive rude plumber our contractor hired for us.

They sent someone out to check recurrent sour swamp gas odor coming from bathroom. The guy who came out was nice, said he thought it was leaking wax seal in toilet so he changed that, said if odor didn't resolve he'd come back out, next steps, etc. A week later, odor even worse so called back as told. Lady who answered was very short with me, seemed annoyed, asked if I called an exterminator because probably a dead animal... well, new house, same smell returns whenever it gets warm out, goes away in winter, rooms above and below smell fine, so that seems unlikely. She says she'll talk to the plumber and get back with me to see what's next. Never calls back. When I call her a week later, she's again very short with me, unhelpful, says nothing else they can do, call an exterminator.

Highly recommend using Thompson. Their phone operator Jessica was very understanding and they were able to get into my house to fix a major gas hot water heater problem within a day. Their price was reasonable and fair. Scott and Jake did the work at my house and went above and beyond. I had 3 got water heaters in my basement. The old broken one, a new but incorrect one and the one they installed. They took with them the old broken one and helped me move the new but incorrect one into the garage.

This is a local company you can trust to take their time and do good work.

In the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic, while social distancing and staying at home, our well water system simply quit.

I called Thompson Plumbing at three in the afternoon and explained our situation to Jessica. She told me she would see what could be done immediately and promised a call back. In no time she called back and said Russ was on his way and would be at our home in fifteen minutes. Russ arrived, determined the pump had failed and called his teammate Wes to come to assist. Wes arrived shortly and together the two pulled our well pump from 375 feet down!

Not only was the diagnosis correct but these professionals had the correct replacement pump and replacement wire ON THE TRUCK!

The new pump was installed, the well sanitized and tested, the old pump and wire put away and they were GONE by 6PM.

What an experience, what a team and what performance! It's rare to find people that say what they do and do what they say. Thompson Plumbing and Pump Service are GREAT.

Beside all this, their price was fair and reasonable. From now on I won't call anyone else!

We had 2 clogged toilets. We thought it may have been a toy :-)
I spoke to Jessica who was very kind to fit us in right in. It was the
septic filter that was clogged. He relaced it. Unfortunately, we just cleaned out our lines 8 months prior. I guess the other company cleaned it. Very happy with service

I appreciate the hard work Russ and his crew have done for me. I have extremely high iron in my water and Russ has worked with me to correct the problem. It has required (so far) 3 different types of filters and him out here several times. I am very impressed with the fact that he's working with me until the problem is solved and not just throwing up his hands. Great local company that cares about the work they do.
