The crew arrived on the scheduled day and called ahead to let us know they were coming and what time they would arrive. They were polite, explained everything and had the job done in 2 days. They cleaned up after. They answered all my questions. Fabulous job! I would definitely hire them again!

Would never trust or use anyone else. Friendly, professional and honest. You can't get any better than that. Called when my hot water heater broke. In less than 24 hrs I had a new one. The service man (can't remember name sorry) was professional , knowledgeable , friendly & trustworthy. Came out in a heck of a snow storm & on time wow! In one hour he had remove & replaced my water heater he sure knew his stuff! Have used them for a few years now and will continue to do so. Thanks for the great service TP!

Thompson is the best. First off they answer the phone and show up on time. I had a leak in a copper pipe in the basement that was handled quickly and professionally. One outfit quoted my 5 hours labor charge for the repair. The Thompson plumber fixed it properly in 45 minutes. They will be the one I call if I ever have any other plumbing issues.

I have hired Thompson plumbing for my personal home plumbing needs and have always been happy. Recently, on a Friday morning just a 1/2 hour before my clients were supposed to close the sale of their home, we found a broken exterior sump pump pipe with storm water ejecting straight out the side of the house. My first and only call was to Thompson. Ken, the owner, came out immediately, fixed the pipe and even talked to the buyer on the phone to answer numerous questions. Without Thompson Plumbing's fast response, we probably wouldn't have closed and my sellers would have been very unhappy. Thanks Thompson for saving the day & the deal!

Really nice professional guys. We knew what the issue was and had them quote a price on a valve that needed to be replaced and labor. Very fair pricing. About $60 less than others who quoted for the same job. Total bill was $210 and included some additional work at our request. Great customer service. I will be calling them with ALL of our future plumbing needs!
