We Had our home repiped due to faulty plumbing materials used in the early 90's. The plumbing techs were hardworking and did a great job.

The electrician was very personable and nice and the work he performed was satisfactory. But he tried to upsell us on services we didn't request or want. We were led to believe that the electrical problem we were experiencing [no current to outlets in our bedroom yet the lights still worked] was complicated and may cost more than the $450 he quoted to solve the problem. We agreed to this cost. The electrician set to fixing the problem. 15 minutes later the problem was solved. It was a disconnected neutral wire in one outlet and a loose neutral connection in another outlet. As simple as the repair was the $450 bill still stood. I called the business manager re: the excessive amount of the bill. He was sympathetic but offered no apology or reduction in the bill.
Had I to do this over again I would demand an hourly rate for the electrician to do his work rather than pay a lump sum. If he disagreed I would have sent him packing.
Senior citizens beware of this practice by Thompson Electric out of St. George, UT!

I need to amend my review. A few days after my review I received a phone call from Thompson Electric during which they apologized for the misunderstanding on the bill. They reduced my bill by $200 for which I expressed my gratitude. I believe they were honorable in their gesture and feel I can now recommend them for electrical work others may need.

Amazing service. Answers calls!!! Job done professionally and well. clean, polite and top notch.

Our 30 year old rooftop air-conditioning/heating unit broke down for good, on a Friday. By Tuesday, Thompson had replaced it and also cleaned our air ducts. The work was synchronized to be as fast and efficient as possible. The guys were a pleasure to deal with. The new unit and thermostat work perfectly. It couldn't have gone better. I'm impressed.

Abe came to my house to repipe an older shower so we can upgrade the fittings for a remodel. He was very pleasant to work with and did the work very professionally. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Just had our home repiped and added a new walk-in tub for my wife in the master bathroom. So pleased with the work done, plumbing, installation, electrical and new flooring. The communication during this job was great. The crew was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Bruce Thompson Plumbing (Bath Planet).

These guys are first class plumbers. They may not be the cheapest but I'll always take ""the best"" over the cheapest!

I had a loud noise in our 1/2 bath when flushing the toilet in a home we just purchased. There were no issues with backup, just an unusual noise coming from the toilet and sink. My first call was to another plumbing company. The other company came and assessed the situation. I told the service representative I thought it might be vent related, but he didn't think it was. His final diagnosis was that the pipes in the front of the yard had settled, and matter wasn't draining properly. End result was he verbally quoted $6,000-$10,000 for a complete repair. I was later sent an e-mail quote for $3,800 for the job. Realizing we had home warranty coverage, Bruce Thompson Plumbing was called for a second opinion. Bruce assessed the issue, determined that the bathroom has an auto vent system that makes the noise, changed the auto-vent, and determined there was no other problem as we have not had any backup or drainage problems. What a huge relieve not to have to spend a lot of money repairing a home we just bought. Thank you so much Bruce for your prompt and professional service. While I hope I don't have any future plumbing problems, I look forward to your services if we do.

All I can say is WOW GREAT Company they were the only company to pick up the phone on a Sat afternoon with a live person on the other end that was after trying 3 others who said they could not get here until Monday yeah really with no hot water, and by the way price was very fair for the water heater, thanks again Bruce that must be why you have been around for a long time.
