Garett is great and easy to work with. He is very professional, courteous and honest. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work on their HVAC system. I had a problems with my furnace, I called him in the morning and he was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate my schedule and come out the same day.

Thompson Heating and Air scores a slam dunk again! Every time I need HVAC help I call up Garrett and he is there is to help. This time I used Thompson for the installation of two mini-split heating and air conditioners in my two rental units. Hubby wanted me to get other quotes so I complied but they could not beat Thompson! Garrett suggested a unique solution that saved me tons of money and also allowed me to add HVAC systems that would not overtax some really old electrical systems in these units. I'm happy, the tenants are happy and I never regret using Thompson.

We decided last summer that we needed to get air conditioning. We got three bids and Thompson was by far the best. Garrett came out and gave us a bid shortly after we called. he didn't pressure in anyway. He simply give us a fair bid, not adding any uneccessay additions.
The work was done in a very timely manner, right on time. The workers were courteous and kept us apprised of the progress.
The air conditioning works great and we are so happy with how it works, quietly and efficiently.
About 2 months after the AC was installed we noticed that our solar system was producing zero energy .we checked our system and saw that it was turned off. The workers from Thompson had turned it off while they worked on our air conditioning system . That resulted in about a $200 dollar increase in our electric bill over 2 months.We called Garrett at Thompson to let him know what had happened. He apologized and sent us a check for $200.
We have recommended Thompson Heating and Air Conditioning to a couple of friends and family without any hesitation.

I called Garret from Thompson again when my furnace died due to his excellent service when he replaced my air conditioning unit. As before excellent and prompt service at a good price. Quality work, now my family is complaining that the house is too hot . I saw all the 5 star reviews on Yelp and immediately called Thompson and
I would highly recommend calling Garret at Thompson Heating & AIr conditioning.
My mothers heater went out and Garret came out and assessed the problem immediately. Even when the supply company shipped the wrong part, Garret made it a priority to get the part installed as soon as it came in. I will call Thompson in the future and will tell all my friends to do so too. Thanks Garret. You do great work and we really appreciate it.

I obtained quotes from other heating and AC companies, and Thompson Heating and Air was the most reasonable. Garret, the owner, came out to give me a bid on a Saturday, and his crew was installing my new furnace and air conditioner by the following Thursday. The crew was awesome, hardworking and personable. After the crew left, Garret came by to install some new registers and to do a final check on the system. He showed me how to program my thermostat and gave me some energy saving tips. I have already given Garret's phone number to two other people.

Thankfully it was a minor issue with our upstairs air conditioner and he was able to fix it quickly. Very responsive, reasonable/fair pricing and super nice guy to work with. Highly recommended!

5 stars to Thompson Heating and Air! I called numerous businesses for an HVAC inspection and Garett responded immediately. This inspection was for an older home in escrow and the buyer had a separate inspection done and the estimate was 3 times the amount that Thompson's quoted. Garett and his team spent a very long time inspecting and discussing with the buyer. In the end, the buyer was satisfied and the seller so happy! Professional, courteous and honest! I will be happy to recommend Thompson and will definitely use them again!

I had Thompson heating and air replace my duct and install a new furnace. They arrived on time and work throughout the day and did not disturb me. When they couldnt' finish the work due to needing a part, they did not collect any payment from me (even though they were 75% done). They returned as scheduled and finish the work on time. The 4 star is in no way a reflection on their work, but I always feel there's room to grow. I will definitely hire them again when i'm ready to install an AC. prices were comparable and they did not try to cheat me.
