1 star for price. They charged $300 for a diagnostic charge and 2 pounds of refrigerant. Our neighbors hired a different company add refrigerant to their a/c today for a total cost of $100.

I had my AC ducting completely replaced in the small crawl space under the house. The guys working on it (Jeff, Nate and can't remember the other technician's name) were great. I chose the hard ducting which was pricey and hard to install but the guys got it done. They were professional, diligent, and very courteous. I highly recommend them for Heating/AC work.

We called these guys in Monday and they came out a couple days later. I was please that Robert called and said he was going to be here in 15 mins, which he was. I really like the customer service, and that I didn't feel like straight out of the gate it was gonna be a million dollars.
He was there for 15 mins, fixed the problem and we are happy customers with a working A.C.!!!

I used Thompson at my property on the Agua Hedionda Lagoon. Thompson attended promptly and after some confusion on what was required for fixing the furnace, they did the job quite successfully. The initial diagnosis was incorrect and it took the technician some time to figure out the problem (flu issue) and in the end the ownership at Thompson treated us very fairly and honestly. I would use their services again.
