We've been a customer of Thompson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for more than 3 years and they have again provided reliable and professional services for our most recent needs. Bryan diagnosed the problems with our previous water heater and how a bigger problem awaited if we kept it so we decided to replace it with a tankless water heater which they installed and it's been working fine for our hot water needs. He also showed us evidence that the copper pipes in our home (which are 25 years old) were experiencing corrosion and had very small holes beginning to form. After consulting with Bryan it was decided the best course of action would be to repipe our house with PEX piping. During these projects everyone at Thompson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning were always very responsive, professional, courteous and thorough completing each project with lots of communication and feedback. Bryan was the Project Manager and Installer for the tankless water heater and repiping; and working with him was a pleasure. He demonstrated everything we needed to know using the new tankless system and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We highly recommend working with Bryan and Thompson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for any HVAC &/or plumbing work you need done.

About 4-5 years ago we had a good experience when they quoted us to install AC Although we didn't do the project it was a positive experience. Recently we set up two appointments with Thompson- one to fix our heater and another to give us a quote for a new heat pump. The person who serviced the heater did some work but it did not solve the problem. He confirmed his boss would be out the following day to give us a quote. My husband arranged his work schedule to be here. No one showed up for the appointment. When my husband called he was told the technician had given enough information to his boss to give us a quote and one would be emailed later. He said he's like to talk to them about the heat pump to ask questions. He was told the boss wasn't available to talk on the phone but we could text questions. To think we're getting a quote for a system costing well over $10,000 and they won't even bother to talk to us on the phone. Extremely poor service experience. Not to mention we had another company out to look at that heater and they were able to provide a solution that has actually fixed our problem. Total waste of $$$ with Thompson.

I had a slab leak and needed a plumber right away. I called Thompson Plumbing and Ramon Escalante responded immediately. Ramon and Will
Bakernan, of Thompson Plumbing, gave a coordinated effort of help. Ramon diagnosed the problem, and worked with Will who arranged to have a work crew arrive the next day. The crew was efficient, polite, and professional and completed performing a total repiping of entire house in a matter of hours. Will has been extremely helpful in guiding me with financial questions and answering my multiple concerns. Oddly enough my son is experiencing a similar problem with pipes and flooding. I am so very thankful he told me about Thompson and the recommendation was well worth following up and hiring Thompson Plumbing. He was kind and very helpful. He explained his whole process and even told me how long it would take. He found another problem we had and he fixed it. My thermostat broke after ten years. I bought a new one , hoping to self-install, but I chickened out & decided to hire a professional to do it. I found Thompson on my Next Door app & they had good reviews so I decided to give them a call. I am so happy that I did! They had fabulous customer service on the phone scheduling. They came out sooner than initially quoted. Their receptionist was as sweet as she could be.

I was impressed when the technician, Garrett Baird showed up exactly on time, and he put on shoe covers before walking in my home-a plus!!

Garrett was polite, friendly, and performed his job quickly and efficiently! I cannot say enough about how genuinely kind and helpful Garrett was, patiently showing me how to manually adjust my thermostat. I was so impressed. I definitely will call on this company for any of my HVAC needs. There was no pushy upselling. This tells me that the technician was honest. And more than almost anything, integrity is so important when hiring outside help.

If 0 stars was an option, that is what I would give. Quite possibly the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. The boss, Will is manipulative and a liar. We had initially contracted them to fix a shower head and bathtub that would keep dripping. They came to fix the dripping issue and when they left, the shower no longer had hot water and on top of that there was a new pipe in the ceiling that began leaking (a lot) right through the ceiling and into the kitchen. I called them back and they agreed to come back and fix the problem, even said they would provide a full refund. Amazing. However, upon arrival the full refund turned out to only be about 10% of what I initially paid. They then only got the hot water to work in the shower. When I asked about the major pipe leak, they said to talk to Will and they would wait outside. As I am on the phone with Will, they get in the car and drive off without a word. Will then says that will not be fixing the pipe because I don't know anything about plumbing and so I can't prove that the 2 issues are related. Throughout the entire conversation that I had with Will, he was sarcastic, condescending, and rude. Amazingly terrible service.

First time writing a negative review and only doing so because it is truly warranted. A call was placed to have our AC inspected as it was not working. Garrett the technician arrived and and inspected the AC system. We were informed the circuit breaker was broken and unfortunately replacement parts for a system of this age were no longer available. Garrett provided a proposal for just under $11,000 to replace the AC system in the home. I called Garrett the next day to better understand the situation and see if there were any alternatives to replacing the system and spending $11,000.. He again said unfortunately there was not. After that call, I decided to get a second opinion from another Heating/Air company. Their technician arrived and inspected the system. Within 15 minutes, it was determined that a wire in the thermostat came loose and only needed to be pushed back in to make the system function properly! The circuit board was not broken as Garrett had told me and in fact the unit is now functioning exactly as it should. I then called Thompson Heating and Air to inform them of what happened and to let them know I'm troubled by this experience and how thankful I am that I did not listen to Garret and spend $11,000 when $79 and 15 minutes resolved my issue perfectly. The Thompson staff member then informed me that Garrett is the owner of the company which is truly disappointing to learn as this was apparently such a simple fix that the successful technician said was very easy to find and repair. Finally, I've never received a call from Garrett or the company offering to refund their service charge or apologizing for the mis-diagnosis. My advice, get a second opinion if you get a quote from this company. I'll never use or recommend them again!

Thank You Thomson pluming Heating and Air for saving two seniors from heat stroke by fixing our Air conditioning. Heat waves are here and Murphy's Law kicked in and decided to break our air-conditioning in the middle of heatwave. Once again thank you for your professionalism your commitment to excellence service. My husband and I highly recommend Thomson Pluming heating and air.

The help desk is always helpful and stays in contact, looking to get the earliest appointment possible for the customer.
