Had a sprinkler valve that needed to be replaced and Thompson Plumbing was happy to do the work. They were at my house within 24 hours and kept in touch all day as to exactly when they would be here. They came out the following day to make sure everything was working fine and not leaking. It was apparently a little more of a complicated job so it took them a little longer and cost a little more. However, if I have any other plumbing related problems in the future I will call them first. They communicate, show up when they say they will, do quality work, and charge a fair price. That's everything you want.

Absolutely amazing. Knowing nothing about plumbing, I wasn't sure what was wrong. The water line to my toilet was leaking and I had a puddle in the basement. I called Thompson Plumbing and Brandon immediately answered. I described the problem and Brandon asked me to send him a picture of what was going on. Instead of making a quick buck, he walked me through the process of repairing it myself. I have never done business with such an honest person, especially when it comes to this kind of work. I read numerous reviews about other plumbers and was scared to call anyone. After this experience, there is only one person I will be calling for my plumbing needs and will recommend Thompson Plumbing to everyone I know. I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars because Thompson Plumbing deserves it.

When my new washer and dryer couldn't be installed because the old hoses couldn't be removed Brandon came to the rescue. I got matched on home advisor.com and received a call immediately from Brandon with a quote. He was friendly and answered all my questions, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He came out the next day. He arrived on time and quickly took care of the problem. The job ended up costing a little more than originally quoted because he had to install new fittings but that was ok with me, it would have cost twice as much to have the entire assembly replaced. I have Thompson plumbing on speed dial now. My house has some serious plumbing issues and will need to be repiped when I can afford it. I've worked with a lot of other plumbers in the past but Brandon is my plumber from now on! I can't say enough good things about the care and service he provided.

I was a little careless doing some DIY in my basement and wound up driving a screw into a cold water copper pipe in a wall. This of course started a deluge that had me panicking. I gave Brandon a call as he had done a couple of jobs for me previously and he came to my rescue. He's a really good guy who knows his stuff and has very fair prices. It's not common to find a tradesman who possesses all three traits - skillful, friendly, fair - but that's exactly what Brandon is. Highly recommend.

I am a senior, my toilets were not working and stuff was coming us in my tub. I called a friend of mine at 9:30 sat morning who came out. He is a handy man, used his tools and could not get the toilets to work. He called a plumber friend of his and gave him my number. Long story by 1:30 that plumber told me sorry he could not find his guy look in the phone book. I cant use the bathroom. I have no place to go, I have two very senior dogs who are deaf and blind and I dont know what to do. I get online and I ask God to lead me to the right man he did. Now Folks, here is the most important message of all, yes this young man came to my rescue and fixed my toilet and got me in business again, but here is the thing, he did it with grace, kindness, respect to me and there is one more thing I want to say here. He quoted the price to me before he came, the other guy did also, but state if they didn't run into any other problems"""", yeah right I have that before. But I dont mind paying for fair work he had to go to school, spend year learning his craft, not only his tools he had to buy, his insurance, there is so much in running his business. I so understand, but mostly it was his attitude, he was a breath of fresh air and his kindness was what my sad heart needed. I was not just another old lady with a toilet problem he had to come and fix. I was a human being. Thank you Mr. Thompson for fixing my plumbing problem but for your sweetness and kindness to this old lady and her dogs.

My Hot water heater was leaking and I searched out plumbers for replacement. Went through Big Box stores with increasing frustration at their selected plumbers 'quotes' for installation. I was fortunate to finally find Thompson Plumbing via Yelp. Brandon was forthright and understood my requests. Job was completed same day with one SURPRISE. I communicated to Brandon my satisfaction. Carlos did a wonderful job at the house with my Rheem. He was a real PRO. You must be a great owner to have a plumber like that working with you. I suspect that because you did a great job sticking to the agreed price. Thanks again. My wife works at Phoenix Air. She will probably let everybody know that you are the guy they should call.

When I discovered a wet spot on the ceiling in the garage I figured this was going to be a very bad day. I called my handyman to come check it out and he quickly discovered the source. A solder joint that was leaking about a drop every 20 minutes. He recommended calling Brandon at Thompson Plumbing. The appointment was made for two days hence. Brandon called the following day and asked if they could come early. Sure can. Promptly at 0900 the next day Juan and Billy showed up and had the old joint cut out and fixed in about 45 minutes. What a great job. I had some followup work scheduled and that was completed promptly by Fred. This is my experience with Thompson Plumbing. Mine was great at a reasonable cost. I hope yours is also.

Brandon and his team were very kind and professional. They installed our basement plumbing and have been out to fix a clog. And explained to us how to prevent future clogs. Brandon was very sweet to my child with special needs and showed him the tools that were making all the noise. They were a little hard to schedule, but worth the wait. I highly recommend them!
