they were $480 more than other plumbing co & man kept wanting 5* for his co &facebk etc even his co sent me text to 5 * yelp , facebk & tic toc etc online stuff i dont do! it wasnt good enough i guess what i did for plumber - cause otherwise - said he would have done on side the work i desperately need - cause they are expensive he said - i begged him to do it - then told me to call him some time???? felt blackmailed/scammed! work was good but didnt even get a senior discount - i did ask and almost $500 more and still need help / guess it ll try angies list

I had a leak coming from an unknown source in my backyard. The home warranty company referred me to Thompson Plumbing. I spoke to the owner by phone and he was very responsive to my limited availability for scheduling. The owner himself came out at 11pm to assess my leak, and was able to repair the problem within 45 minutes. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Ryan had to come back - only four months after someone who worked for him did not install a bathroom faucet properly, it was loose, leaking underneath- a mess. My post from last March was unfortunate - having the opportunity to speak with Ryan about it today cleared the air and more understanding. As always he fixed the problem today and made sure everything was in working order. He is very meticulous about his work, cleans up his working space -you'd never know he was here. Thompson was really quick to respond to my request. We had an emergency water leak at around 9pm and Thompson came by as soon as he finished with another customer and not only fixed the issue but also explained what happened and what he did to fix it. Ryan came out very late in the evening on Sunday for a what seemed like a simple clogged sink. It was not simple, he fought through a very persistent clog that was only made worse by some sub standard plumbing work that had been done before we bought the house. Ryan went the extra mile and fixed the problem regardless of the late hour. He was also very clean and thoughtful of not leaving any mess behind when he was done. Very professional and thorough. 2/22- Scheduled an appointment with Thompson Plumbing from 10am-12noon. No one showed up. No one called. Sent an email. They replied that there was a mixed up in scheduling. They asked me if we can reschedule. We said yes for 2/25 (10-12). They confirmed thru email that new schedule is a go.

2/25 - Appointment was set from 10am-12 noon. Thompson Plumbing sent an email at 9:45am saying that they changed their mind won't come for the appointment nor provide a quote. We could have done something productive this morning if they cancelled the appointment YESTERDAY. Very, very disapponted with this company. I normally will not provide negative feedback to any business. But this one really crossed the line!
