Ryan came out very late in the evening on Sunday for a what seemed like a simple clogged sink. It was not simple, he fought through a very persistent clog that was only made worse by some sub standard plumbing work that had been done before we bought the house. Ryan went the extra mile and fixed the problem regardless of the late hour. He was also very clean and thoughtful of not leaving any mess behind when he was done. Very professional and thorough. I would recommend Thompson Plumbing to anyone.

2/22- Scheduled an appointment with Thompson Plumbing from 10am-12noon. No one showed up. No one called. Sent an email. They replied that there was a mixed up in scheduling. They asked me if we can reschedule. We said yes for 2/25 (10-12). They confirmed thru email that new schedule is a go.

2/25 - Appointment was set from 10am-12 noon. Thompson Plumbing sent an email at 9:45am saying that they changed their mind won't come for the appointment nor provide a quote. We could have done something productive this morning if they cancelled the appointment YESTERDAY. Very, very disapponted with this company. I normally will not provide negative feedback to any business. But this one really crossed the line!

Great people to work with. They responded quickly to my request , were the only plumbing people to show up thoroughly examine and provide an estimate on the work needed . They then went to work and not only fixed the problem but also cleaned up and did preventive work around the problem area at no additional charge which was really nice of them.

Followed all safety protocols, were polite, pleasant ,professional and estimate matched actual final cost. They also took the time to move things back into place after they were done.

Ryan and Karla went above and beyond what I had expected.

My go to plumbing company from now on.

As I recall, I sent you a text when you did not show up inquiring if you were still coming over. You replied the following. I did not hear from you after 3pm.

'Hello we are surrender installing a commercial water heater and that takes some time we want to come
By today if for some reason it gets to late may we come by tomorrow? We will know by 3 is where we are'

Your statement that that got back to me at 3 to reschedule is not true. I hired someone else for this project.

Thompson Plumbing was great to work with. Their price was very reasonable and I appreciated the fact that they treated my home as if it was theirs. We just moved into our home and found multiple things that needed to be addressed. This included our water heater, a gas leak, furnace and water line. We first reached out to pg&e, roto rooter and other plumbing companies, none were able to help us or would not be able to come out for a few days. We finally found Ryan. He was very responsive and able to come out the same day. More importantly he was able to get the job done. I would highly recommend.

Reached out to Thompson Plumbing late evening on a Saturday due to not having any hot water. They came out the next day, did an inspection only to find out we needed to replace our water heater. They gave us a straight forward honest and upfront expectation on cost and the work involved, and the owner even took their time on a Sunday, to stop by and give us an extra piece of mind! They got to work immediately, while also professionally face masked and socially distant, and at the end of the day we had hot water again!

For new homebuyers, we were already disappointed about these immediate issues after dropping a ton on a home, but these guys worked with us, and we couldn't have been any more grateful and happier with Thompson Plumbing! Highly recommended!!

We have been having problem with the sewer from time to time, and this time we decided to try with a different company.

Ryan's team was very responsive and came to us very quickly. They did thorough inspection on the problem and ran the snake to clear things out from all possible outlets.

It was helpful that they explained what came out and what could be the cause of the stuck while they were working on fixing it.

I would say their work is amazing because they would go the extra mile to make sure things won't happen again!

I would definitely love to have them helping me on any plumbing issue in the future!

Ryan at Thompson Plumbing was very quick to respond and he squeezed us in to his schedule as our job was really easy and simple. We just don't mess with gas. We are very thankful that we have hot water again today! But he found that there's a non compliant installation and he fixed that for us too! He also tightened all the safety straps around the water heater. And all for the same hour price. He will for sure get the water softener installation job next.
