Scheduled service to replace 2 faucet washers and 2 toilet float valves. Plumber left to get stems for faucet. Assumed plumbing company would come equipped with all supplies. Was never told during scheduling that if plumber left for supplies that client is responsible for time gone. Plumber was gone an hour. Faucets no longer leak and toilet tanks fill properly but cost was $475. What a racket.

Got a free estimate. Did what they said they would at a fair price. The technicians were great friendly and safe. Came in under the estimate.

Very disappointed. Had apt from 9-12. Called at 1130am cause they still had not arrived. Office staff said she would call tech. Called me back and said he couldn't make it. They waisted half my morning waiting on them and didn't even call me to tell me he would not be able to make it I had to call them. Bad business. Have never used them and will not use them now. Not even a one star but it made me choose a star.
