Well, the day after we posted the review about them not showing up, they called to (re) schedule. This time, they did arrive, and on time. The plumber did not have a mask but was willing to put one on. The original diagnosis had been defective or clogged cartridges in the leaking faucets. The plumber replaced the parts, but the faucets are still leaking. Now he says the entire faucet must be defective. So they misdiagnosed the problem and still charged for the failed repair. Still charged what seems like a LOT of money $500/hour, for one plumber, and this was an alleged discounted price. The plumber blamed the make of the faucets (Moen, usually considered a good brand, we got them at costco), and offered to expensively, but with an alleged discount, replace them with Delta faucets. overall, a disappointing and expensive mistake. Added a star for masking and showing up.
Will look elsewhere in future.

Another first-time customer here. I had to squeeze fixing a sink leak in between jury duty and Thomas's rose to the challenge. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent response time to my issues, worked clean and explained what he was doing and why. Frankly, a model for customer service of any profession. Five Stars!

First time we've ever used Thomas' Plumbing Services. Our water heater started leaking and they were out the next day! Very honest guys with some GOOD recommendations on what to do and what NOT to do. They were also very educational on how to prevent problems in the future and how to maintain our system. Personable, professional, and very clean!

They came out the same day, the dispatcher communicated everything very well with me (we had several back & forth calls) Two plumbers showed up, they were professional, clean & explained the issue very thoroughly & fixed the problem.
