I had talked to another company and they wanted a $59 service call in addition to time and any repairs. It wouldn't be subtracted from any work done and that put a bad taste in my mouth. I saw all of the positive reviews on Yelp for Tom and gave him a call. He came the next day, did his thing and found the leak coming from our kitchen faucet. I told him we could replace that ourselves, thanked him for coming and asked what I owed him. He almost felt bad stating """"mam', I didn't do any repairs"""". Well, time is money and I had no issue with the reasonable amount he requested. I will be keeping his name on file and won't hesitate to call again. I like supporting small, honest businesses and Tom fits the bill!!

I had a tankless water heater that stopped working. We called several plumbers who said that they would come but never showed up. Tom came in a hurry after we called him. He got right to work and had a new one working quickly. The new one works much better than the old one did.

Mr. Whitaker is a real professional master plumber. I found his service on Yelp and contacted him on a Tuesday morning and he was already at my home around noon. I had a leak in my main waterline and he started immediately on the repair. He completed the job in minimum time in the correct way that it should been done. I would highly recommend him to my neighbors and call upon his service again.

Tom came out and fixed my water pressure issue and my really leaky shower upstairs in my house. Reasonable price. Explained everything to me. Great guy. Knows his business. I'm going to have him out in July to install a Water Circulation pump on my hot water heater. So the other end of the house will get hot water faster. So I don't waste so much water. Thanks Thomas.

I won't use any other plumber. This is the second time I've used Tom, and could not find a more conscientious, hard working, knowledgeable plumber in the ATL. We had a recent issue when I was out of town and had someone else come in to service the septic. I could have saved a bunch of money and had the job done correctly if I had just called Tom to begin with. Instead, he had to come in and correct the (very expensive) job that the prior company performed. Tom's prices are very reasonable considering that he actually solves the issues. When it comes to plumbers, look no further.
