Changed our small neighborhood from septic tanks to city sewage. Took way to long. Once the plumbing part was done they simply pushed dirt in the holes, most of them, then left. My yard was destroyed, I have been picking up rocks and asphalt for months, afraid to run my mower over most of it. My driveway got ruined, my yard looks terrible. They put limerock back where dirt was so grass will never grow. Completely half ass work! My yard isn't the only yard affected by them, unfortunately it was the most affected. I wouldn't let them plumb a dog house.

Since leaving a bad review is not something to take lightly I debated heavily in even bothering & hadn't until this most recent episode. Within the last year this company has done work for my elderly parents, my father a veteran who is hard of hearing so often I double check on things to ensure communication was clear. First know they charge a 'service charge' which in their case is simply a show up fee of 145-165$ which is of course a bit high. Often one expects a service charge thats the price of working with a company if they come out to do a service normally. So the past work this company has done for my aging parents included a 5k water heater swap out which they put the brand new gas water heater outside in the Florida elements. At the time I questioned the forethought of this but they said thats what the company recommended (knowing what I know now this will eventually have to be rectified I imagine) they had to come out 5 times to get it right & did a questionable job but my parents were happy enough once it was done so I left it alone. What I can't leave alone is this company charging exorbitant fees to park at the house walk around it and simply say 'I don't know' then charge them $145 for simply showing up. When I called the office to ask the woman, who is very nice, said well its just what we charge and actually it should have been 165 for us to just come out. (Wow maybe thats why so many of us have home warranties now). When I explained my father's experience-she called her person in the field and was going to call me back. Well obviously she wasn't because I ended up having to call them back a couple hours later. She wasn't going to call my guess is because she knew what she was going to say doesn't hold any water ethically. She said their guy had offered to dig up the yard (if he did my father didn't understand or hear it) and we 'declined' (again that might be a communication breakdown or a flat out lie- I am being nice truth is they LIED to their office person) so they were leaving the fee and not refunding it- did I mention they have spent over 5k with this company already this year for work that required them to return multiple times to get right?!- I would never recommend them one all of the reasons mentioned above- crap work, high fees for no service, blatant lying, and taking advantage of the elderly. There are too many good plumbing companies out there to use these guys. Its absolutely disgusting.

We are in a new build house that Tom Wall Plumbing did the septic on as well as three of the identical houses being built next door and across the street. All four of us have had septic issues, very similar issues, to the point where sewage is coming from the drain field as well as The middle of the grass and flowing on our paver driveway causing bugs, ruining the pavers as well as severe puddles and stench. They did try and """"fix"""" the issues several times, knowing that it would be a band aide. I've had three other septic companies come out, all saying the same thing... it was not properly installed. New drain fields run $14k-$21k which were our estimates. The house next door is an Airbnb and has the same issues and have signs posted all over the house asking for awareness for their """"sensitive """" septic. I have called over the past two weeks asking to speak to Mr Wall and leaving messages five times, with no call backs. We now will seek legal recourse knowing and confirmed that the next door house has the same exact issues, which we suspected. As I type there is another plumbing company across the street trying to fix their issues. Beware on new drain field work, I would definitely use someone else. All four houses have septic issues from this company!

They did an awesome Job came out Got the Job done and I was pleased . They showed up same day and was done in a decent time

Fast, reliable and decent thanks Landon and Jimmy at Tom Wall Plumbing hope you have a wonderful Christmas.

Tom Wall Plumbing doesn't care about customers. My sink drain in my kitchen is leaking. I called Tom Wall THREE times, each time I got a voicel mail instructing me to leave my name and phone number as well as a description of my problem. I did so and they NEVER called me back, I tried calling for a month. I also e-mailed them; same thing, no response of any kind what so ever. Totally ignored me. In the future I will call some one who cares about customers and where I can talk to a real live human being!

Called made an appointment- No Show Called back next day made another appointment- No Show again. Needless to say I didn't & won't call again.

This """"company"""" is a joke. NOT professional in any sense: employee appearance, work product, communication, follow through...you name it. Fixing what they did wrong will cost us $1000's for a $1000 job. Do your research, visit their office, we wish we had.

I have used them a few times in the last two years, more in the last year and I have had a great experience with them. They are responsive, show up timely, and complete the work quickly and correctly the first time at a fair price. Landan and Logan are a great team. Don't let the old bad reviews scare ya away.
