Due to the complaints about my mother, after concern about my daughter's cat getting out the door that was left open on our busy road, I wish I could give ZERO stars!! I'm very happy he ""blocked her so she can't change her mind""...like I would ever give this man any more money!! Talk about control issues!

Prices are reasonable, and he comes out promptly. However, his attitude is NOT professional. I've used him 3 times now, and when I call he seems frustrated to have to answer his phone. (to be fair, it was 6:30pm the last call when I discovered a leak, but I fully expected to get voicemail at that time)

He fixed the initial leak, then discovered a 2nd. At that time, he threw his pen down and said ""I don't have time for this!!"" Well, I didn't have time for my kitchen sink pipes to be leaking and an extra bill either!!!

I am pleased with the work he has done, but I will not be calling him again.

Upgrading my prior review to 3 stars because of rosy retrospection. I still cannot in good conscience recommend this plumber, but I was impressed that he wrote back to me personally about my concerns.

Great service - called and he was able to give me an estimate based on my description and photos and was cheaper than the other estimates I received. He arrived right on time, got right to work and had the job finished far more quickly than I guessed. He walked me through exactly what he did. Overall great experience and I will definitely be contacting George for any plumbing needs in the future!

George Didn't Even Get To Perform A Plumbing Job, But I'm Glad He Didn't.

I Had A Water Leak In My House And Needed It Fixed. I Called George And Scheduled An Appointment For Friday. He Required That The Person That Would Be Home To Answer The Phone While He Was In Route Or He Would Not Come. Understandable . Friday Comes And I Make Sure My Husband Is Home & Available Because I Would Not Be Home.

Come To Find Out, George Couldn't Find My House... So My Husband Agrees To Meet Him Somewhere & Show Him To The House. It Was A 5 Minute Time Span Between The Time George Said He Was At The Location & The Time My Husband Arrived.
George Did Not Wait & Left! He Could've Waited As Our Appointment Time Was From 9-11AM . George Left And Didn't Communicate With Neither My Husband Or I! I Called Him Numerous Times, He Then Proceeded To Decline My Phone Calls Instead Of Saying That He Left Or Giving Reasoning As To Why. I Don't Understand How You Can Give Some Customers Amazing Service And Others Don't Receive The Same. If He Couldn't Communicate As To Why He Left Then He Probably Wouldn't Have Been Able To Communicate And Tell Me Why I Had A Water Leak. I'm So Glad I Didn't Give Him Any Of My Money. Hope He Is More Professional With Others In The Future.

I have used Thomas the Plumber on several occasions. He is professional, kind, tells you exactly how to not have a complication again and so fair in price. Some people you will never make happy. They want work for free, try to get you to lower your price and then go after you to harm you. Bully is a perfect word. I love to give reviews when I can say something positive but many people only take the time to hurt people with their reviews. Sad uneducated people.

I found Thomas on Yelp and liked the reviews. Although there were just a couple of bad reviews, I didn't let that scare me away because let's be honest, you can't please everyone! I had water and waste coming out of my basement shower off and on for months. I paid a plumber to come out and they snaked it but I continued to have the problem. I then called a popular plumbing company and they were going to charge me a very expensive amount of money that I didn't have. So the issue continued to go on off and on for months. I finally got tired and looked on Yelp for a plumber that I could trust. I found Thomas and called him the day before yesterday. He said that he didn't have any emergency appointments available that day but I explained to him that it wasn't an emergency because it's been going on for months. He was able to put me in the next day which was yesterday. He gave me an estimate over the phone and a small window of when he would be there. Although I did not meet Thomas in person because I had to go to work, my sister stayed at the house when he showed up. It turned out to be sewer back up on the city side. He gave me an option of just paying the cost of him coming out and then calling the city to come fix it for free or he could fix it for a charge that was actually cheaper than the estimate he gave me. I paid the cost of him coming out and the city came out and fixed it in a few hours. I'm so happy I now have someone I can use for any other plumbing issues. I would definitely recommend him!

Calling your customers ""idiots"" speaks volumes for your service. If my post saves one person from your bs, it's worth it. Please seek someone else for your plumbing needs. A million plumbers out there without this terrible attitude.
