We purchased a part, that ended up going bad after about 3 months, right during the heat this summer. The staff had very unprofessional and aggressive attitudes. Their solution did not provide confidence that we would get our money back. They didn't seem to want to honor the warranty without causing us to jump extraordinary & unusual hoops. We will never do business with them again.
