I scheduled an appointment with them for a Wednesday to convert a two handle tub faucet to a single handle. Confirmed with them on Monday, sent me a confirmation on Tuesday and Wednesday they were a NO SHOW.
The owner apologized for their other job going over (understandable) the only problem was it was about 1 hour after they were supposed to be at my site. I reluctantly rescheduled for Thursday because that meant I had to miss work AGAIN as well as inconvenience other family members to accommodate this botched pre-planned appointment.
The plumber showed up on Thursday afternoon as planned. Mark, the owner, indicated they don't leave a job until it's finished. I hoped that was true for my job. And it was the truth! Although they stayed until my job was finished. I had to take off work for an additional 1 1/2 days.
I'm somewhat satisfied with my new tub faucet and shower-head, but the plumber left soldered metal around the outside edge of the tub drain. I'm very disappointed with that part! I'm also unhappy with the way the water flows out of the tub faucet nozzle. It's not smooth like it used to be. The plumber also didn't put shutoff valves for the hot and cold water. The plumber couldn't finish Day 1 because he needed a part and the place was closed. The next morning, the owner called with an attitude about what kind of part was necessary for the job to be completed. Rather than asking the plumber he sent, he indicated that he wasn't going to order any special parts to complete the job. I was confused about the technical name for the part & at that point I was wondering if the plumber was coming back to finish.
When the plumber returned the next day he arrived much later than the scheduled time, he had the part necessary to finish the job. Thank heavens it was something commonly in stock.
All in all, I wish would have paid the extra to have it completed by a Yelper recommended company.
