We have used them 4 times (Water heater; repair main water line; faucet and toiler installation, leak detection; drain snake) Each time they have been responsive, professional and provide excellent service. Their prices are very competitive and fair. They back their work. Our most recent job involves replacing our main sewer line. This A hole was speeding down Monterey Rd, tail gating me then tried to pass me going the wrong direction at over 80MPH then slammed on his brakes and wanted me to pull up next to him. Once he passed me, he proceeded to recklessly pass other vehicles in traffic. Is this the kind of guy you want to deal with or business you'd want to come over to work on your house???
