Honest, affordable and professional work. Don't waste your time on calling anyone else. Glad I called, they took care of my moms water heater quickly and efficiently. Calling plumbers can make anyone anxious, but I promise you won't be disappointed with the quality of product and care you'll get. Thank you Thomas Plumbing!

Hands down the best service and knowledge of product. Home warranty repair and installed a better system then I originally had and have had no issues whatsoever.

Called Thomas Plumbing at the recommendation of my property management company. They were able to send someone out within 90 minutes! Our carpet was mysteriously wet and it took awhile but we finally figured out that the downstairs toilet had overflowed while the shower upstairs was draining. The mainline was plugged. Dale snaked it and we can again use our water but sadly we may lose a beautiful tree because the mainline is full of roots.

We used them via our home warranty for a clogged back shower. We tried everything we could and nothing worked. It got to where we couldn't even use that shower within 2 days, one person showering in that shower once a day. He came out the same day or the next (I can't remember but it was fast). He was here about 15 minutes and the shower has worked perfectly for 5 months. We have old pluming so we've had some issues. Our other shower is now clogged so we contacted to see how much they charge and were told $89.99, but our home warranty is only $75. So we are going through home warranty. I hope we get Thomas Plumbing again! Fingers crossed.

Called Thomas Plumbing this morning (Saturday) because of a sudden leak in our attic. They were able to get a technician out within a couple hours and address our problem promptly. He found where the leak was coming from and was able to fix it for us within an hour. So thankful this crisis is adverted!

We were assigned Thomas Plumbing when we called in a claim to our Home Warranty. I submitted the claim on a Friday night after we had an issue with our master bathroom toilet. I expected to hear from them Monday or Tuesday for an appointment later in the week since that's how it usually works. To my delight, they called on Monday and asked if we would be available in the next 30 mins. I was conveniently headed home for lunch so I took the appointment.
Our tech (I forgot his name) arrived promptly and was very professional. We explained the issue and he immediately go to work. We explained that we had just recently purchased our home, so we couldn't even imagine what might be going on.
After about 5 mins and no luck with the snake, he proceeded to pull the toilet to check the blockage. And there it was... a damn toy blocking the line. Having a toddler in the house, I immediately knew who the culprit was! The tech laughed and said ""Well, here's your problem!"" (Insert embarrassing facial expression from me)
He set the toilet and was done in a flash. He assured me this stuff happens often so my embarrassment was eased a tad.
I hope the next time I have to call in a claim, these guys are assigned to me! It was nice to have someone with a sense of humor and understanding nature. Thanks to Thomas Plumbing we are back up and running again!

Stay away!
We've recently bought a house end of March and somehow the water heater didn't work after few days later. Since we got home warranty, we contacted them and they sent Thomas Plumbing to come out on Sunday immediately to remedy the issue. We appreciate the quick response and the guy assure me he will order parts, report back to home warranty company and take care of the issue. A month later and couple phone calls to Thomas plumbing, our water heater is still not fixed. We contacted the home warranty company and they said they are waiting for the Thomas plumbing to send them technical report on the update.
Fast forward over a month later on May 15, we finally got contact from Thomas plumbing and asked me bout the issue. The person said he's new and the previous person who supposed to take care our water heater quit the company and he's taking over his work load. He said send him message and he will fix our heater. I sent him message regarding about our water heater and haven't heard back from him.
Now, June 17, we are dealing with our water heater that works intermittently over 2 months of restarting over and over to get hot water. Finally we have a friend who knows about water heater came take a look and fixed it for us by replacing parts. We should have done that long time ago instead of waiting for so call professionals from Thomas plumbing.
Learn from my mistake and stay far away from this company.

The service was good. We called them out for 3 slow drains. The technician had the issue fixed in less than 15 minutes. He told me that they weren't even clogged pipes, just some stuff caught on the drain plugs themselves that built up over time. Then we got the bill. They charged us $159 for that 15 minutes. Even if we throw in drive time that is over $300 per hour. When I called to bring this issue to their attention, they did not wish to help. The young lady was polite but informed me that according to her owner, for drains they charge a flat rate, regardless of how much actual work goes into it.
Flat rates make things easy but I would humbly recommend a pricing system that reflects the amount of work that is being done.
In summary, I would not recommend Thomas for anything related to slow or clogged drains. They might be good for larger jobs as their hourly rate ($80 per hour) seems competitive and they are nice people. But stay away from their flat rate services. Those seem like a money grab to me.

Thomas Plumbing was amazing!! The customer service was great and they sent a technician over immediately.. Our water heater kept on shutting off and Chip, with Thomas Plumbing, was able to fix it in just minutes! I highly recommend him! I will definitely call them if I ever have any other concerns/issues.

Technician did arrive in the time window set by the office and myself and he was a very friendly chap and he did provide me with tips on avoiding calling a plumber for relatively simple work in the future. I had no idea what plumbers' hourly rates normally are but $80 per hour and no proration involved seemed a bit steep to me, being as he spent all of about 20 minutes with me. Likewise, for a part (shower cartridge in my case) to be over double the price one would spend via Amazon or a local home improvement center, seemed a bit out of whack, too. Nothing ""Affordable"" as indicated in their business name and motto came to fruition here but still, it was a good experience learning from a pro what equipment to buy for future needs and how to use it, so I won't complain too much there.
