We have used Thomas plumbing twice now and both times Josh has been the one to visit us and it has always been a great experience. They are always kind and quick and provide a ton of information to my wife and I to help us as new home owners. One of the times they even set up an emergency appointment within hours when one of our appliances smelled like it was burning plastic. All in all great service with friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

We used Thomas Plumbing through our home warranty plan. Unfortunately everything was denied as they had called it in as pre-existing conditions to our home warranty. We called them to ask why that was done that way and they said it was just questions they had an answer. However they said our toilet was 22 years old and not sure how they would come up with that info. Nice technician guys but would not recommend because of this. The lady on the phone said we should go with another plumber then after we asked why they said what they did. Hmm

I had some extensive plumbing work done at my business installing a new drain and sink. The owner Josh quoted me a reasonable estimate, he finished on time, and on budget. He did an outstanding job, and would highly recommend.

Thomas Plumbing was the company provided by my American Home Shield coverage. Josh arrived same day and confirmed the diagnosis of a burst water heater (only 7 years old!). He made the request for a replacement to AHS. They approved and a new water heater was ordered and ready for Josh to pick up the following day.

The install appointment window was 11:00am to 2:00pm. Josh walked in the door at 11:03am! He had the old unit drained and the new one installed in about a hour. He was very careful when removing the old unit to make sure that no rusty water dripped onto the stairs or floor.

I would definitely recommend Josh!

So beyond happy with Josh and this company!!! We had a toy flushed down our toilet (three year olds are awesome ?) and an awful experience with another plumber ($270 to snake the toilet and couldn't get it, wanted $500 to replace it) but Josh saved the day and I am SO grateful!!! Super affordable, friendly, quick, on time, great communication, don't waste your money hiring anyone else. 10/10 recommend!

What I nice experience to work with someone in this industry who calls ahead, lets you know every step of the way what they are planning on doing, and actually follows through with it all. Josh was awesome to work with and was polite and thorough. What I most appreciated was the extra effort he made to try and help get me a new water heater when ours broke on Thanksgiving. The other place that was called said the soonest they could even come look at it was Tuesday. Josh was contacted on Saturday morning and came out that same day. He would have had the thing installed on Sunday if the place it was ordered from was open on Sunday. He was at my place bright and early Monday morning to get my family hot water again! Highly recommend this company!

Thomas Plumbing was sent out through our home warranty. We had no hot water and Josh, the owner of Thomas Plumbing, came out and quickly figured out we needed a new unit. He installed the new water heater the same day and got our hot water back up and running. He explained every step of the process to me, so I was never out of the loop. He mentioned he recently moved here to Utah, but has 20 some odd years of experience. I'm glad we have a reliable and kind plumber in our town! Will definitely request them in the future with any plumbing issues.
