I would give Mr Flynn a -5 if that were an option. He is as dishonest a business man as I have ever met and I do not take it lightly writing bad reviews for a business owner. My wife and I spent $4000 on a shower upgrade and trusted Thomas Flynn to measure the shower fixture which was provided to him in advance of the tile being installed. He never bothered to measure the fixture itself and double check his work. Even worse than that he claims the instructions provided told him to measure it 4 inches shorter than the actual fixture. The directions were conveniently missing from the box and he accused me of hiding them essentially but he was the only person with motivation to cover up his error I had no incentive to do so. The back of the box even showed the correct dimensions. I went to the store where i originally purchased the fixture and took picture of it being un boxed and every page of the directions but he stuck to his made up story of the directions in the original box were wrong. Well he should know after being in business for so many years that you double and triple check your measurements. End result was we had to hire another plumber to install a less than desirable fixture for our new shower. Disgusted is an understatement with how he treated my wife and I after he made this error. Avoid this man at all costs everyone, you have been warned.

We had a rental property that's 7 years old. When the tenant left, we noticed a small leak in the toilet. Our property manager called Mr Flynn to come out. He repaired the toilet But he charged $265!!!!!!!!! I would have bought a new toilet and installed it myself at this price. Our property manager was shocked at the price and tried to negotiate to be more in the $150-$175 range which we felt was fair. This guy is a total rip off in my opinion and I'd look elsewhere.

SSF resident and honest master plumber in the area. Doesn't do repairs that aren't needed and sometimes he comes across something unexpected and he still very fair and honest and fixing it

My husband tried to install a new shower head, but the pipe broke off behind the tile wall. I called Mr. Flynn, who said he'd be here in half an hour! He arrived within that time frame and had it fixed -- without breaking into the tiles and creating a giant clean-up and tile repair issue -- well within an hour. The price was more than reasonable, and the service was impeccable. We've lived here for 12 years and have tried several area plumbers. I think we've found our go-to guy for plumbing issues!

Mr. Flynn definitely knows what he's doing. Knew exactly what our problem was within mins and explained to us wha was wrong and the cause. Gave us suggestions on how to keep the issue from happening again. We feel that his pricing is fair, we have had other plumbers and he is very reasonable compared to other plumbers we've hired. We got a quote from a different plumber , and it'd be almost $600 to replace, fix some plumbing and dispose of our existing toilet. And that's not included purchasing the toilet. Definitely recommend Mr. Flynn.

He came here he day I had an emergency. My kitchen sick flooded underneath and I had no idea what to do. I called about 4 other plumbers in the area. He is the only one who cared that I was pregnant and needed help Immediately he got here within the hour. He will be recommended by me all day.
