I had a new Central heating system installed when I bought my home. I had to go through Mississippi power and their program to pay for the unit while paying my electric bill. The person from Thomas Refrigeration inspected the old unit and recommended a size and said the duct work was fine, no need to replace it. After all the paperwork was done they ordered and came to install you unit. Well after taking out the old unit the installer said and I quote """"why are y'all buying a new unit? This one would work fine if you clean the coils"""". AFTER the old unit was out. After the install one side of the house would stay cool while the other was noticeably warmer. After 5 visits over 4 years, a serviceman from Thomas Refrigeration finally admitted that there was not enough pressure pushing air to the main part of my home and 2 lines would need to be run to help. We got the quote and scheduled the line to be put in. Now we are waiting for them to come do the work. """"We will be there Tuesday,"""" no show. """"Oh I'm sorry, I said Tuesday but wrote down on the calendar Thursday."""", Still not here. So to recap, They said we needed a new unit, we didn't. They said the duct work we have is fine, it's not. Said they would be here to add vents, they never showed and never called.

The owner of this business talked us into buying a more expensive a/c unit than we originally wanted, claiming we would then be elegible for a tax break because of it's efficiency, thus making up for the added cost. We discovered, after the fact, that this was not at all true when our accountant was preparing to file our taxes. When we brought this to the owner's attention, his suggestion was to basically lie on the tax form. Furthermore, not only was the extra cost not worth it from the tax perspective, but the unit did not last three years before breaking down completely. Would never do business with this company. Ever.

They have been unprofessional . First time they came they did not come prepared to fix anything Then had to wait 3 weeks for parts. We cancelled our next appt due to emergency. 3rd appt. today no call backs and very late . we had a 3 hour window and still late. Horrible company lady in office answering equally rude.

Great service. Very reasonable price. Came and installed a new furnace the next day. They also installed a thermostat that I had bought for no charge.
