My kitchen sink developed a nasty leak, and when I called my Home Warranty Company, they referred me to Thomas Brothers Plumbing. I was s little apprehensive since the reviews on Yelp were not good.
When I called, Justin immediately answered the phone. He told me he'd get back to me in an hour with an appointment. In less than 30 minutes, he called me back with an appointment for the next day. (1 hour window)
Chris, The Plumber completed his previous appointment early, and called to see if he could come over early. When Chris arrived he was polite and professional. He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes.

Wow. I asked for a quote to install a really easy water filter system and they quoted me $980, for 2 hours worth of work. When I asked him how long he expected it to take he blew me off and told me to find someone else.

They were contracted out by AHS to come replace my water heater and fix my leaking pipe. Well they got the water heater replaced but then notified me of mold. So after getting my bathroom mold free and redone the leak was still there. They wanted me to pay again for something they didn't fix the first time. I have to put in a new claim now to have the original problem fixed. Not sure how a business doesn't honor their work or lack there of!

I wouldn't even give them a one star, but I had to rate something on them, this company is a RIPOFF, They are very hard to get a hold of & they don't like to call you back, they prefer texting, what kind of company does that??, Then they come out & over estimate the prices/Job they wanted to charge 5 hours labor for a 1/2 hour job. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE! Stay away from this Company!!

I was surprised based on the reviews on Yelp. First this was an American Home Shield service call, and it turned that AHS refused to cover it. But the plumber did a great job, was friendly and the price very reasonable.
In fact the plumber explained how the pipe broke and he and I talked about the problems we had both experience dealing with AHS.
I would recommend Thomas Brothers but warn against signing up for American Home Shield.

I used these guys in the past and things seemed ok. Tried to use them again for a simple task of fixing some hose bibs. They were supposed to get out last week but did not show up or notify they weren't going to make it. I call to see what happened and the SERVICE MANAGER said ""we just didnt get to it but we can come out at the end of the week. However this time you will need to make sure you are there to pay us as soon as we are done."" Mind you, last time they sent me an invoice and I was able to mail a check. Terrible customer service this time around, and now I have to really scramble to get some water going so my grass doesn't die. Thanks a ton Thomas Brothers for a week long delay of letting a customer know of the new motto ""up yours""

This company is contracted with American Home Shield, a home warranty company. Friday night my laundry drain backed up, refilling the washer after the spin cycle ended. The back flow also affected the kitchen sink (both laundry and kitchen are on the same floor). I sent a request to AHS for repairs, seeing how using water was now not an option. My email came up with this company, and that they would contact me within 24 hrs.
24 hrs passed, no response via phone or email. I emailed Thomas Brothers Plumbing, no response. Finally, on Monday morning, Justin called. I returned his call, explained my husband had the wherewithall to borrow a snake from work and cleared the drain, but that this is the second time in a week this had to be done. Justin stated the warranty would not honor a visit now, and ignored my repeated questions as to why not even a phone call or text was provided since the order was placed through A CONTRACTED COMPANY on FRIDAY NIGHT!
If I had a choice in plumbers, this is not one I would give a second chance to.

They are extremely rude and intrusive once they enter your house. They boss around the customers, criticize their competitors, and brag about themselves to no end. The job they do is always half-assed - the problem is never fully resolved. They also left the shower running when they left. It felt unnerving, unsafe, and traumatic to have them in your house, like having the mafia in your house. I would never want them back. NEVER!

EXTREMELY disappointed with the professionalism of this company. The plumber appeared to be under the influence of something, possibly stoned, upon arrival to our home a half an hour late. He looked around what needed to be fixed, charged us a fee and did NOTHING! The plumber had an attitude of ""too much work, not going to do it today."" All he could say was that everything was truly messed up and would take a lot of time and money to fix everything. Then left. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!
