I am new to the area so I relied solely on Yelp reviews to choose this plumbing company. We had a leaking toilet but because of covid and working from home we had to find a time when we would be out if the house. Brian worked with our schedule, was on time and diagnosed the problem promptly. Proceeded to fix it and the fee was reasonable. Was able to pay him online and it all worked out great. I would call Brian again for any plumbing need! Very pleased.

My garbage disposal stopped working on a Thursday night and after sending Thistle a message on Yelp, Brian was out first thing Friday morning to fix it. Very easy to get ahold of, quick and informative communication, always! Next, I was worried about a gas leak issue around my stove and same thing, after messaging in the middle of the night in a panic, Brian was out the next morning to inspect and reassure everything was safe.

I appreciate how friendly Brian is and how he gives advice beyond the repair. I felt at ease each time he came to fix something and feel relief I have a local person I can rely on. COVID precautions are taken too, he was already wearing a mask when he knocked on the door.

Brian responded to my request promptly. Arrived on time for an appointment to provide estimate for installing sewer pump, and was able to fix my minor problem with toilet on the spot. He also provided a reasonable estimate for the sewer pump installation and was very efficient. Brian is very thorough and detail-oriented. He is also very good at communicating and follow up. Frank is a professional, friendly, and reliable plumber who loves his job. He walked in, masked, and we threw everything and the kitchen sink at him. We had most of the parts prepped and just had to to pickup a few small things and he supplied the rest.

He installed a kitchen sink and faucet, a tankless water filtration system, an ice maker line, a pressure regulator and a smart water shut-off in two visits within a week. We highly recommend his services and will be using him in the future. Thanks Frank (and Brian)!

We used Brian at Thistle Plumbing to recommend, buy, and install a new toilet. His recommendation was less expensive than the toilets we found through reviews on Amazon. He came the very next day with the toilet...installed it beautifully, and left the bathroom clean. What a pleasure!!! Honest and reliable. Brian and Frank from Thistle Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing the venting system for our new tankless water heater unit (after an improper installation by the original contractor --an extremely dangerous predicament to be in). I was wary about the price as re-dos are often cost-prohibitive. Brian responded quickly, assessed the job and it was completed immediately after new parts were delivered. What a relief to find local and reputable professionals you can depend on. Thistle Plumbing is 100% recommended!

Additional Plus: Last summer while banking at Wells Fargo on Fair Oaks, there was a pitbull nervously pacing by the side entrance. Many of us gathered around the ATM machines were worried that she may have been abandoned. Brian looked at the ID tag and volunteered to take the dog to the address listed. Turns out she was lost and was returned to her owner.
