I would absolutely not recommend them for anything in your home. Our Home Warranty company forced us to use them when our A/C stopped working and not only were the office manager's and staff rude, the estimate for work was outrageous. The Tech stated he needed a crane charge of $550 to lift an evaporator coil for a 2 1/2 ton unit into my garage, and attempted to mark up the cost of 410A refrigerant to an extreme level. Do not use this company for anything mechanical in your home.

The guy came out and told us the labor wasn't covered under our home warranty that is a lie, when we said we weren't going to pay him outside of the warranty he went ahead and wrote up that we had a power surge on our house that caused an electrical problem with the instant hot water heater and they knew that it wasn't goning to be covered because of that. A month later after not having hot water in our house we got a second opinion and the guys were dead on that it was just the coils in the instant hot water heater that needed to be replaced and we're up and running again. Save your money don't go with this scam company.

Read other reviews and request different company if using your Home Warranty! They fixed my issue for a day and then AC turned off again. It's a fairly new unit installed in 2018. I had another company come and fix the issue properly. I wish I read these reviews first.

After receiving a written diagnostic from Third generation plumbing, for my hot water heater. Third generation plumbing recommended replacement. My home warranty agreed to pay partial. I complained Third generation plumbing wanted me to pay $850. dollars. $250 dollars to pull a permit that cost $81.00, $60.00 for a drip pan( not required in Hillsbrough county). $95.00 for a valve, $250 for pipe modifications. Oh and 195.00 to remove old. After I complained to a very rude office lady. Third generation plumbing told American home shield my water heater was caused by NOT normal wear and tear. After that American home shield changed their mind and denied claim, after 1st approving it. What a scam. This is by far the most unprofessional company in Tampa.

Terrible company. Came to my home and told me verbally and in writing that i have slab leak and shut my water off as they found meter running. They then told warranty company that i do not have leak and that meter was not running. The technicians say and write that I have slab leak and they can hear water spraying under floor but then tell AHS warranty there is no signs of leak. When i call TGP they say I should call AHS and pushed me to get 2nd opinion. Sure seems like they just want the money from AHS and dont want to do the work. I will be reporting company to BBB and the Florida state attorney general office and the dept that licenses plumbers in florida the Dept of business and professional regulations. They blame AHS but it is the report they gave to AHS that caused the problem As they did not tell AHS that I have slab leak and that they can hear water spraying under tiles. All they had to do is tell AHS the same thing that they wrote on work order but instead they told AHS the opposite of what was on work order.

This company is corrupt! I have two units and one was not cooling completely which happens every year. When he came out and put Freon to get that one working again immediately after he left the other unit (that is only two years old) was completely broken and leaking all over my garage!!! I saw him messing with both of them. Of course I had to call him to come out to fix the unit he broke and after he fixed that one and left the other unit that was working perfectly fine was now leaking water all over my garage and was also broken. Keep in mind I only needed service but now have two broken units. This technician diagnosed me with mold however I just put an LED light in my system four months ago so I would never have a mold problem. What a clown. Fortunately I called another company who came out who said that there was NO MOLD. Of course third generation plumbing wanted to stick me with a large bill that my insurance company would not pay for when that wasn't even the problem. When I have called them to express my concerns and frustration they put me on hold and never come back to the phone. They are liars and thieves. Stay away from these con artists! I pity anyone that has had to deal with them but didn't know better. How are they still on business? I'd hate to have their karma.

Unfreaking believable. Charged us, and didn't fix it. But charged us to put in Freon. Well the next morning guess what no freaking air. Home warranty sends them back out. But third Generation said they were not told it was an emergency so we had to wait a week to get someone out there. Same guy comes out and says oh this is what is wrong. we have to order a part. Well here we are with still no freaking air. Then calling someone to find out what is going on I get some Person (not saying what I am thinking) wants to get an attitude with me. we are in a house that is 100 degrees at 6:00 am. Mind you while waiting on all of this i get a freaking bill from Teco for $700.00. I will NEVER recommend this place. So very unprofessional. And by the way the part they said they have not received, Home Warranty said they received it on the 5th.

This company is not to be trusted! American Home Shield sent them out to fix A/C and they ended up damaging A/C to the point it needs to be replaced! American Home Shield has a contract with this low rated company! Do not waste your money on both these companies!

This Company is very unprofessional there technicians are inexperienced and not trained. They told me I have a leak but they couldn't find it and that I will have to keep filling it with Freon. But they didn't have a problem taking my money. Beware find a new company
