I have worked with Robert through quite a few emergencies in our years in Maryland - sewage overflow after Hurricane Isabelle stopped one grinder pump, grinder pump repair at another property years later. I found him to be quick and smart, and very helpful, not to mention hard working. He is opinionated ( :) ) but so far, his opinions seem to have been right on.

I read great things about their work and I love a local company. I called on a Saturday afternoon requesting an emergency visit. The owner took my call and assumed I was both undereducated and poor. Instead of trying to come evaluate my problem he spent the entire call berating my presumed knowledge of the situation and how much the total job would cost and how I need to be able to afford it. I'm still scratching my head. I asked for an assessment- he proceeds to talk about fixing a problem he nor his plumber has seen and questions my ability to pay.

I am very opposed to begging people for my business. I don't care how long you've been in the community, being disparaging and mistreating people is never okay. Hard pass.

Five stars for this local company. I tried the big guys with the catchy jingles (Michael and Son, Len the Plumber) and they were unable to help.

Called Third Generation, spoke directly with an expert (not a dispatcher/customer service person). He actually gave me some recommendations to try before he sent someone out, despite the fact that he might lose out on a 'sale', which showed true character and honesty.

Had to have the technicians come out for a major problem on a holiday weekend- no problem! Techs came out, worked hard, thoroughly explained the problem and took care of business late on a Saturday of a long weekend. Same day excellent service!
