A+++ work. Things 2 Fix knocked it out of the park!!!

We needed a garbage disposal installed and got an *outrageous* estimate from Home Depot where we bought the new unit. Consequently, I sourced multiple estimates here through Yelp and got the run-around from literally everyone EXCEPT Things 2 Fix. Where everyone else had sneaky fees and open-ended pricing, these guys were a beacon of honesty.

They quoted me a flat rate and stated, and I quote, ""We don't f*@k around with pricing like other companies, LOL."" That is the straightforward mentality I needed. Plus, their rapid and precise communication left nothing to chance.

They got the work, were here the next morning, and gone in under 30 minutes. Bravo!!!

Would and will do business again without hesitation. Thanks!!!

Jon quickly responded to my message on Yelp about installing something as simple as a shower rod. Yes, I couldn't do this project myself despite given simple instructions. My frustrations led me to look on Yelp and I'm glad I did. Jon was very good with communication from the start. Came into my unit and got right to work, was also respectful enough to cover his shoes in my home. Jon and Jon jr made sure the rod was placed to my preference and kept to the quote price at the end! Clear on pricing, responsive, and does an outstanding job! I will be sure to get in touch with future projects.

John and John Jr. did a great job installing a closet rod into brick/masonry - I couldn't find anyone else willing to do it.

They came on very short notice, measured and picked up the supplies for me, and installed exactly as I wanted. It was clear they knew what they were doing!

They are polite, patient, respectful of your home, very quick to respond, and reasonably priced! I highly recommend and I will be using them again!

These guys do great work, they are on time, and honest. They probably could have charged me more due to the fact that the vanity I bought broke and I had to go to Home Depot for a new one but they didn't. When I say honest, I mean honest. My house is an older bungalow and I knew that a simple vanity install wouldn't be so simple...and it wasn't. Yet these guys delivered. Not only would I recommend them for anyone else, I will use them again. They come highly recommended. I actually paid them more because I felt like they deserved a little more.

Super impressed with Things 2 Fix. Their rates were competitive with other quotes we received, but after several bad experiences with other contractors, I have stopped hiring based on quote alone. However, Jon, the owner, was REALLY responsive with my messages (a rarity in the contractor world) and their reviews were great so I decided to give them a go. They arrived EARLY (actually, they would have been even earlier, if I had been home to let them in) and got the job done quickly and painlessly. The job was that they installed a new vanity top on our sink. Would definitely hire again for other projects.

I have nothing but great things to say about Things 2 Fix. After a massive renovation project, we were left with two bathtubs that were leaking into the units below us. We had three different contractors come out to repair the leaks. All of them left us with outrageous bills, threats of litigation, and bathtubs that still leaked. After receiving payment, none of them would honor their ""warranties"" and come back to fix their deficient work.

When I initially found Jon on Yelp, I was skeptical. I decided to give him a chance because I had no other options. They were extremely responsive and were able to come out in a few days. They fixed both leaks and honored their warranties for minor things I noticed after they left. Their prices are very reasonable. Furthermore, they are actually licensed, which is rare for most services that you find on Yelp. Most contractors will present a license, but have unlicensed workers do the actual work to cut costs.

They are also extremely trustworthy and I would have them work in my home with no one present. If you have any issues, I highly recommend you contact them. They will not disappoint.

As to the negative reviews left by Ryenne and Amy, all I can say is that Things 2 Fix was one of the most responsive contractors I have come across. They will be my first call if I ever need assistance again.
