My entire experience with Thielmann has been seamless from meeting with salesman Wayne to the install of my furnace. The techs were friendly and courteous and arrived on time. I was also impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of their office staff.

My family of 6 was w/o heat. Called late afternoon and they found a way to send someone out to look and quote me. Just amazing to see the great reviews and then get someone out that fast was so needed w/ no heat. The Gentlemen took the time to explain the benefits of high efficiency and the cons. Also, the pros/cons of the regular boiler system we already had. Told them I needed to confer w/ my wife that night.

I contacted a day later and said please schedule me at the earliest for installation. I was worried as the chap mentioned they had to ship the boiler from Ohio. Upon hearing back from the office the guy already had the unit on its way and tentatively scheduled me prior to my calling. Man what a relief. The very next day after they received the unit they installed the unit.

Installation: Guys were professional, and laid down tarps/ carpet plastic everywhere. All the work getting the old boiler out and draining, and prepping for the new unit was done. The electrician came and was personable, professional, and quick. The boiler team was then allowed to finish connecting the copper and all connections. Afterwards, they weren't in a hurry to get out of my house. They cleaned EVERYTHING up and then some. These guys were great. Glad to have found a reliable company. Honest people. Fair. Reliable again because they returned my calls, showed up when they said they would, and left my house better than when they came. THANK YOU! My family had heat that night. Boy was it glorious.

Front Office: Super kind, helpful, and expedited all the schedules, and questions I had, and even when I made a mistake on the paperwork they were very pleasant and patient.

Short story, long: I would pay more for this service but they aren't out gouging people either. Prices were in line w/ most, lil cheaper than some but were not more expensive. Hope that helps someone like me, reading these reviews. If you are on the fence, stop. Call these folks. Kim, Steve, Chris THANK YOU

Excellent experience all around! I needed a new AC unit and reached out to multiple companies in the area but received the most in-depth information from Thielmann to feel confident about not only the unit I was buying but the service I would receive going forward.
Upon installation, the guys were friendly, efficient and took the time to explain the new unit to me, making sure to answer any questions. I also had my ducts cleaned and that guy was also incredibly informative throughout the process.
Overall, communication was great and I always felt like I made the right decision going with Thielmann for the best service and AC unit in the industry!

The in-house financing was key but the information they provided made our decision making process all the more streamlined and stress free. I recommend Thielmann and Sons if your looking to beat the heat this summer and want to wakeup in the hotel room that is your home. Called for service and was able to get a technician quickly. Our unit needed replacement and we were given a quote on the spot. Installers were then available in a short time also. They arrived on time and made quick work of the replacement. Completely satisfied with every member of the team I've had an interaction with. Highly recommended.

Our A/C went out in the middle of summer and as I have used Thielmann before, I called them for a service call. Unfortunately my condenser was dead and we needed a new condenser unit outside (the old one was approaching 20 years old). I ordered a new unit and the Team arrived on the day agreed to during a very busy season for them and the install went flawlessly. They were professional and respectful of my property both inside and out. Will continue to use Thielmann for my HVAC needs and highly recommend them.

I'm not an expert on heating and cooling, but as a homeowner I have had plenty of experience dealing with different contractors over the years. I value my time and I value integrity and respect. These guys were great from start to finish. The salesman was very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. He didn't try to hand me a sales ""pitch"". The guys who did the work left the place immaculate. They were very respectful of my home and making sure my animals didn't get out during the in and out. They cleaned up after themselves and when they left everything was working perfectly. The price was very competitive as well. I would recommend.
