Had no heat on a cold night and I called Fred. He was out the next morning. Didn't know if he could fix gas heat, but he was able to fix it in less than an hour. He not only fix the heat but he showed me what was wrong and what was needed to fix. Price was very reasonable. Would use this company again, especially Fred.

We were completely overcharged. We asked (4 times - email and voice) for an itemized invoice to show 'parts and labor'. Our request was completely ignored and they never responded to our request. - Mediocre work, exorbitant pricing and unprofessional customer service from their office. I would not recommend their services.

Great service with friendly and knowledable service technicians. I called on Wednesday night and they were there on Thursday afternoon and got our ancient oil burner back in action in no time. They were very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before they left.

I find the owner Fred Thessen to be a very reliable and honest person who is a highly skilled professional and is easy to work with and his rates are fair and reasonable. He is the only plumber that I would recommend in this area; he is the best.

I only give reviews for consistent outstanding service, and Thessen Services, namely Fred and Carl, have performed above and beyond on multiple occasions. I had first called Thessen Services after a bad experience with another company. Since then, I have had a kitchen repiped during a remodel, a furnace repair completed (thumper and valves), a dehumidifier drainage pipe installed, some baseboard work, pipes unclogged, and a gas line installed for a dryer, and a shower repaired. Each time Thessen beat the competition on timing, price, and friendliness.

Good pricing, quick response and outgoing nature are surely enough for 4 stars, but what put them over the line to achieve 5 stars for me is the consultation of the problem, explanation of work needed to fix the problem, and the detailed walk through upon completion of everything done to fix the plumbing or heating problem I was encountering. The level of comfort I felt after each job because of this end of service treatment makes Thessen a 5 star company and my first choice when sending out bid requests for work to be done.
