Our sink flooded while we were on vacation and ThermOil sent someone out as soon as we realized we had a leak! Highly recommend! Very quick response time and great work. Can't even tell we had parts of our ceiling missing after they were done with their repairs!

I've been working with ThermOil for 4 years now, they did Central heat/AC system install and all plumbing work at 3 properties for me, 1 singe family house and 2 multifamily buildings. Both teams are very knowledgeable and caring for the end result of their work - they take time to figure out complex situations to make sure piping and ductwork are run in the most optimal way to be completely hidden behind the walls yet provide the functionality and coverage needed. The prices are reasonable, and quality of work was complimented by other contractors and home inspectors - they use top notch equipment and take time for a proper setup.

The owner of the company stands by their work, and I never had an issue getting someone to fix an issue. Yes, things take a bit longer to be addressed during winter months when they obviously need to prioritize a higher number of emergency issues due to frozen pipes etc, but that's totally expected. And I was definitely happy when the crew showed up for my emergency 2 hours after i made a call!

I highly recommend ThermOil and will definitely continue working with them in the future.

Bought home, furnace emitting black smoke, outside and in. Called Thermoil, they had an excellent technician come out to fix it within a couple of hours. Technician worked thoroughly non-stop for 3+ hours cleaning, repairing, and tuning the furnace into tip-top shape. Furnace has been working great since. Will call them again.

Called a couple other recommended-by-friends oil people/companies beforehand but availability was not as good, and prices quoted were comparable if not more, given the amount of work needed.

Rating of one may be too good for them. It is now 3 weeks after two phone calls and a personal visit that nobody called me back to even make an appointment. The woman answering the phone, unable to communicate promises call backs for appointments etc. etc., does a great job in pushing the customers away. I don't know how they can stay in business.

I don't normally give 5 stars. All I can say is, they came to my house at 1 am on a Sunday morning to fix a broken boiler part that caused a small flood in my basement. My Tankless hot water boiler broke and water poured out. The water damaged some of the boiler's components before I was able to shut off the water valve. Of course this happened on a Sat at 10:30 pm. when it was 20 something degrees. Thermoil came around 1 am as they were having a busy night. Marvin had to get a replacement part and drive back to a closed office to get it and come back. He fixed it. Due to the water damage on other parts that wasn't apparent at the time, Marvin came back again next day to replace another part. The owner Angelo and his office (Adriana), followed up to make sure I was doing ok and that everything was was working. Service and support was amazing.

Just call someone else. I don't think that there is worse than this company. Unprofessionalism, communication below zero and expensive as a cherry on the cake.

I wanted to remove my previous review of Thermoil due to a recent experience when I was forced to call upon them for assistance . There is a fairly new oil burner in the basement of my apartment which was installed by Thermoil my landlady has a contract with them and therefore they do the service and maintenance on the oil burner. Last weekend I found myself without heat in the middle of the night , I was pretty sure I had not run out of oil , It was warm enough that heat wasn't an issue but I wasn't too happy about the possibility
Of taking a freezing cold shower In a chilly apartment ..I had to be in work fairly early and didn't have time to check out the situation with the heat until I got home in the afternoon ....When I checked the gauge on my oil tank I found that I had over a half tank of oil ...I was glad about that but now what's going on ? I called my landlady who is very elderly and wasn't able to get an answer from her phone which was off the hook for 24 hours .
When I finally reached her 24 hours later the landlady's son promised to call Thermoil in the morning leaving me for 3 full days without heat and hot water !!
I was forced to stay home from work to take care of everything and make sure I got my heat back ...I called Thermoil around noon on Monday only to find my landlady never called !!! I was frantic at that point I contacted Thermoil myself and the secretary Adrina who was very helpful assisted me in trying to reach my landlady. My landlady's son came over during the day and tried to restart the furnace which eventually went off again
Thermoil was diligent about making contact with my landlord , They were at my apartment first thing the next morning
Performed all necessary maintenance on the oil burner to get it up and running again and even called me to make sure everything was running properly !
That's excellent customer service even more so since we had a bad experience in the past ....I feel Adrina and the staff at Thermoil went out of their way to make things right and for that I am very grateful

This is for the AC/HVAC company: One word: UNPROFESSIONAL!!! especially the lady representing the company on the phone. Straggling to get any information regarding their charge per hour and setting an appointment for which they never showed up! Too bad they were recommended by a trustworthy friend.

Had a very similar experience to Valerie - they made a mistake, overcharged, never apologized, berated us over the phone, and they threatened us. Never using them again.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Thermoil! These guys came out to our Store in Burlington on short notice when our heating system kept turning off overnight and refusing to turn back on during last week's freezing temperatures. We would not have been able to open the store without heat. Thermoil got us back up and the heating system is now running better than ever! Thank you for a job well done - 10 stars!!!
