If you are stupid or very rich this is your company. Was referred to them and it was a mistake. Run from any plumbing repair company that bids by the job. I needed a 1/2 inch copper T replaced due to a small drip. There needed to be four solder points and was quoted $85 per point plus $100 to show up. It would be $500 for a 45 minute job or about $650/hour. Thieves. don't doubt the quality of their work, just the pricing. Plumber coming tomorrow at $90/hr plus materials. Faucet Shop in Benson is the fair deal.

I'm really disappointed in my self for not checking around for other HVAC companies before settling on Thermal Services. These guys are so incredibly over priced that it should be criminal. Basically what happened was that my evaporator coil was frozen because l was low on Freon. I actually knew this was the problem because my Neighbor is a retired HVAC guy. Thermal Services came out, checked the freon and decided it was low. The salesman, I mean serviceman then came to me and said. We charge $159 for the 1st lb of Freon and then $68 for each additional lb ""We'll see if we even need a 2nd lb"". 15 Min later he come back and says ""wow that took 5.10 lbs and it looks like you have a leak"" ""if you want us to find the leak, it will cost $540, I can't do it today"" ""fixing the leak could cost up to $1500."" At that point I asked him to leave. I ended up paying $642 (includes the $99 diagnostic fee) for freon. I'm outraged. Afterwards I decided to call a couple other companies to see what they charge for freon. I was astounded to find that it costs anywhere from $32-$55 per lb. DO NOT GO TO THERMAL SERVICES! I think people go with them because they advertise being there the same day. They will get there the same day but you will end up paying 3x the amount. Do not make the same mistake I did. Call someone else.

We called them for an air conditioning issue and they came out and our service person was great. He was courteous and professional. He explained and showed us the issues. He wore booties on his shoes as he had to come thru the house a few times. We were so happy to have the problem fixed in an hour. He had all the parts with him too. John S. was our sevice rep and he was great.

John S and Dean were terrific to work with. They are detailed, make everything simple to understand and made the replacement of my entire furnace much less stressful than I anticipated. They were fast, efficient and provided the highest level of customer service.

I would recommend them to anyone/everyone looking for help with A/C, furnace or water heater.

We have never heard of this company, and a guy just showed up to my house with his Thermal Services truck out of no where with no appointment no nothing, telling me I had an appointment to have my heater serviced. I told him to leave because nobody made an appointment, and he had the wrong house. Then the guy said that he would reschedule. I said NO.
He was a Creeper.

I first called in to make an appointment for a plumber to come out because I thought I needed a water heater, the female that sent a plumber out was an all out rude bi%ch. She was snotty and short with me, her name was Megan. then the plumber comes and he is an hour later than when she called to tell me he would be there. He was terrible, had to come back 3 times, and then had his boss call who was speechless. The boss guy didn't even know how to talk to a mad customer. I will not go back, to much money, terrible service.

Recently our basement flooded and Thermal Services was able to send someone out that night to replace our sump pump. Unfortunately, the cost was much higher than expected, even though we have a service plan through them, but they still came to the rescue late at night. The technician was professional, kind and was here until almost 10:30pm. We very much appreciated it.

I have used Thermal Services for several years and had good service from them. Service tech Don came out to work on furnaces and was very efficient. Had a fan that needed replacing and Don left to get the part and returned in a very short time frame and completed the job.
