Make sure to know what you agree to be billed for before you agree to use their services and have them come to your house. They overcharged me at least 300.00 dollars when they quoted me 100.00 dollars per hour flat rate with 150.00 dollars per hours after 4:30pm. They were only there for an hour and a half the first day. They charge you from the moment they leave their business to your house, and I live 30 miles away. It cost me 50.00 dollars before they even did anything. They charged me 175.00 to snake my drain, when I was under the impression it was going to be included in the 100.00 dollar an hour flat rate. They ran a camera down the drain without my consent, nor did they tell me it was going to be 175.00 to do so when they ran it less than 20 feet. They charged me 75.00 to take my toilet off and 75.00 to put it back on. They had to come back to get underneath my house because the plumber was obese and could not get underneath the house. Another plumber was sent the next morning and I know that I was charged for 15 minutes of labor.

I've had to call on Theel twice in the past couple years for issues beyond my scope of repair. Both times they were there the same day and the cost was much better than if I would've just started throwing money at it trying to resolve the issue myself. Highly recommended

A tech came out to do an estimate of rerouting our gray water. His quote kept increasing $300, $350 then $400. I don't think he wanted to do the job. I knew the amount was ridiculous so said I would think about it.
I went ahead and had Lower do the job for half the cost. Also it only took about an hour and a half to reroute the piping. It wasn't rocket science.
We tried to use a local company to support the community, but I don't like being overcharged.
This is really a poor business practice.
