Had a bad stem behind the faucet handle in the shower. Couldn't get it out so Shawn had to cut through dry wall in order to replace the valve and re solder a new one. After that the he noticed a leak in the fitting behind the shower head. He then cut new dry wall location to replaced the shower head valve and fitting.

Shawn performed a great job and the new valves and fittings look great. Bye Bye leaks. Very clean job.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and I called around this morning for help. I looked on yelp (naturally) and called this place. I talked to someone right away and they accommodated my busy schedule. Shawn came and was very thorough and professional. He worked on the issue quickly and I was very happy with the service, professionalism and the price. My experience with Works Plumbing was completely different from the previous reviews on Yelp. I called the owner on a Saturday morning to clear a shower drain in an apartment building I manage. I advised him to inform the technician not to discuss any of his findings with the tenant when he performed his work but to call me if he encountered a problem. When the technician arrived at the job I called to check with him about the job and advise where the clean-outs were if the drain could not be cleared at the drain. I called the technician shortly after he arrived at the job but he refused to talk with me but decided to plow ahead (unsuccessfully) at the drain. When he finally called me because he could not clear the drain, he went into exquisite detail about everything that was wrong with the plumbing in front of the tenants. I called the company phone number about the technician's indiscretion, the technician, who was most likely the owner answered the phone. I told him where the clean-outs were and he finally cleared the drain but not until he upset the tenants. Perhaps I caught him on a bad day ? I would not send The Works Plumbing to a rental property unless you want to destroy the relationships you have with your tenants

Shawn and The Works Plumbing has been servicing our plumbing needs since 2015. In each of our 4 incidents, we have always been impressed with Sean's promptness ( always same day scheduling) , expert knowledge, friendliness , reasonable pricing and professionalism. His jobs have included repairing our leaking roof pipes twice, toilet replacement, and shower valve replacement. In our last incident with the attic pipe leak in which he handled quickly, we mentioned that we had a minor issue with the tub spout and he was kind enough to repair it as a courtesy. We do not hesitate at all to recommend Shawn and the Works. Thank you Shawn, you're a true professional.

Shawn, is the absolute best! He has been my go-to-guy for plumbing for several years and now I know why. I had a tenant whose toilet was overflowing and I was unavailable to check out the situation. My sister called Shawn for me. Shawn came right out. Apparently, there was a minor issue with the hose in the tank. Shawn had it fixed by the time I was able to make it there and didn't charge me a dime! He is the most trustworthy, honest, and reliable plumber out there. He has worked on both plumbing and heating issues for me and has always done a top-notch job! I highly recommend Shawn, and the guys who work with and for him.
