Plumber for life. Shawn came out after hours after I broke a pipe trying to get an old hose off. When I called, water was spraying out of the broken pipe, he walked me through the shut off , and was out fairly quick. The repair was done again quickly and the repair price was fair. Shawn was friendly and professional, even looking at some other issues for me without charging me. Like I said, plumber for life!

Very impressed with The Works Plumbing. Unfortunately I called another plumber first and was given the runaround and it left me annoyed and underwhelmed. I regrouped and decided to call the top recommendation on yelp for my area and I am so glad I did. Called yesterday to schedule an appointment for a couple of smaller projects. Was shocked that they could come out the next day and was given a window of 11am-2pm. Got a call a little after 10 that Shawn was on his way. Super impressed that they were early and I appreciate the call to let me know they are en route. Shawn came and was super friendly and took care of my plumbing issues right away, no rescheduling or putting me off. The price was very reasonable and I was amazed at how speedy and efficient Shawn was. Super impressed and would recommend The Works to anyone who needs a plumber. Sometimes I feel like yelp can be hit or miss (like with the other plumber I called) but the positive reviews definitely are deserved for The Works. Very happy. Thank you!

Shawn came right away and fixed the leak in our pop-up sink drain. He advised us that the plastic components might give way again, in which case we should switch to a metal pop-up drain. We were pleased by the fix, and by the advice for the future. Thanks, Shawn.

My family got home from vacation to a plumbing disaster.. found the works plumbing on yelp and decided to give him a call.. I called Shawn at noon on a Sunday and he arrived by 1:30! Not only was he fast and good at his job, he was also friendly and very reasonably priced.. Will be saving his number to use in the future!

Great company, honest people. The owner is a 100% honest person. Called a few other companies and got the run around. The people I talked with were very nice, they were straight forward with pricing and offered several solutions. I decided to go with them to fix the problem. Guys showed up on time, clean, professional, and great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this company. They said they would be at my house at 9am and showed up at 8:50. On a Sunday! They were quick and knowledgeable. Even gave my some great preventative advice on keeping my plumbing system flowing properly. I will definitely be calling these guys if we ever need a plumber again.
