My faucet broke, so I needed a new one installed right away. I chose The Plumbing Works based on the glowing reviews here. They are well deserved! Shawn arrived exactly on time, put booties over his shoes to protect my floor (I appreciated this), quickly and professionally installed my new faucet and garbage disposer (within an hour), and cleaned up afterwards. He's friendly and courteous as well. What more could you ask for? I will definitely call him again the next time I have any plumbing job.

A year ago, our home inspection noted some corrosion on the piping over the water heater. This morning we found a slow drip from one of the pipes. I checked Yelp, found The Works Plumbing with great reviews, and made the call around 8:30am. It's 9:45am, the pipes are replaced, no more leaking. Parts and labor completely reasonable and we are amazed with the quick and professional response. Thank you Shawn for a job well done. I will use The Works for any future plumbing work and will recommend to friends in need.

As new homeowners, my husband and I used The Works Plumbing for our first pipe leak. We heard running water on one side of the house and saw a huge puddle of water on the other side, so figured we needed a professional to take care of the problem asap. I called The Works at 6:45 am and gave them the details. Shawn was dispatched to arrive by 7:30 am and he was there within the allotted time frame. The gentleman on the phone made sure I knew the hourly rate ahead of time.

I explained to Shawn the problem and he got on his gear and went underneath the house to see what was going on. Turns out there was a good-sized pin hole that need to be fixed. He even showed me where the water shutoff was since we couldn't find it that morning. The job took an hour and we paid for minimal parts since it was an easy fix. Shawn answered my questions and put my mind at ease as I was a bit worried that it would be some huge project. I plan on using The Works for all my plumbing needs in the future. Got a text from out tenants this morning saying their showers were clogged up. Called our regular plumbing company who said they no longer serve San Diego county. Called our back up company who quoted me a ridiculous price and said he could make it down in 4 hours. Decided to shop around and found this local company with great Yelps. Called, got a great quote and great customer service. They were here within the hour. It's still morning and the showers are running great. All I have to say is, ""Great Service, Great Prices!"" Shawn was fantastic! You guys have a customer for life and have already been recommended to a neighbor. Thank You!!!

Excellent, fast, and courteous service! Shawn was very nice and on time. He was very cordial when I called (around 6am), and called with a 30min out notification so I could make sure my family was ready to receive him. I will request his services again when required and certainly recommend him to others.

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday, 02/07/15, and I wasn't sure how long it would continue to work. I found The Works on yelp* and after reading a few reviews I thought I'd give them a call. BTW, they weren't the only plumbers i called that day.

What impressed me right away was that the person I first talked to quoted me the price if they came out on Sunday but also told me that the price would be $300 less if I could wait til Monday. On Monday morning Shawn, who was the guy who would replace the water heater, called to see if he could come by on his way to another job, to drain the heater, making the actual replacement quicker when my scheduled appointment time came. When he returned, he was able to finish the job in about 45 minutes which was good for me, since I had to be at another place.

I was very pleased with the work and Shawn's efficiency. He was also very pleasant and answered any questions I had. I will not hesitate to call him again.

Shawn did a great job on fixing our shower valve!!! I thought I could replace the shower valve myself but I quickly found out the job was too big for my skill set. I called Shawn on Friday night after dinner expecting to leave a message however he picked up and said he could be there right away!!! I told him it could wait until the next day... He gave us a 3 hour window and he also called us before he arrived. He did a fantastic job and got it changed out in no time at all. I would proudly recommend Shawn to anyone!!!

If you need some plumbing work you definitely need to call The Works to get your plumbing needs taken care of!!!

The guys from The Works Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. Shawn and Ray arrived at the time that they said would and came with everything ready to work. They removed my broken water heater and installed the new one with such ease that I was amazed that they were done so quickly. Another thing that I liked about these guys is that they were not offended with my asking ""dumb"" questions. My hat is off to this team and I will most certainly recommend them to any and everyone who needs a reliable plumber.
