We called, they said that they could provide the service we needed, and would be at the house between 9-12. They never showed up, and whenever we called to check they always had some excuse but assured us that they would be there. After a day and a half we found another company. They should have just told us they were too busy instead of stringing us along.

I've used them for snaking about 5 times over the years. Always professional, get the job done. Yes, they're expensive- all trades/services are. I've recommended Woodlands Plumbing to a family member & they had a good experience, too, after another plumbing company quoted them more than $500 to do the same thing.

The Woodlands Plumbing Company does great work at a good price and also saved me a lot when they told me I only needed a repair in my sewer line, when another company told me i had to replace the whole thing. They also installed a toilet that looks great and fixed some gas leaks and installed a new gas oven. I highly recommend them.

Rarely need a plumber but have always used Thw Woodlands Plumbing Company when i had a problem. Called for a simple clogged toilet this morning and for only 3 minutes work they charged $229! ($202.50) with senior discount. Ridiculous. i will never use again. Businesses need to value loyal customers.

This was my first experience with The Woodlands Plumbing Co. I had an issue with my water heater and I was told by the MFG that it was under warranty. I thought it was a leaking tank. In order to get my warranty, I had to pay for a plumber to inspect it which would cost $150.00. They knew enough about this model to request authorization from the factory to replace what was known to be a faulty controller. As I had two of these units, they received authorization to replace both, and under warranty. I thought this was good as they would come out, do the warranty repair, and inspect the units saving me my $150.00. Turns out, the controller was the issue for my leak. Oscar their plumber showed up at 5PM. He was very professional and replaced both units and fixed my problem
Now, in the process of the repair, both isolation valves started leaking. These were just low quality valves installed when the house was built and both gave way once they were disturbed. To replace them, they would have charged me $250.00. Yes, I thought this was high given the fact it would have only taken 30 minutes to do. I thought $100 would have been fair. Oscar checked with his boss and was told that if he had the parts, they would help me out and change them for $100.00. Unfortunately, he didn't have the materials and if he had to go back to the shop for the materials and return, he would have to charge me the full price. This I understood.
I'm handy enough to understand what needed to be done and Oscar even showed me a couple of different ways to fix the issue. I want out to Home Depot, picked up the materials the plumber suggested...$50 for valves/connectors/clamps and $70 for the proper tools. I had the valves swapped out in 30 minutes.
Advice to other reviewers-Yes, they are expensive in my mind and apparently many others. They appear to be very accommodating as well, but as a consumer, we need to ask up front what the true charges would be rather than expecting they will do something for nothing or what we believe is fair. I feel like they would be negotiable if they are able to.
I would use them again, but only after I shopped for a fair price, and if I determined they were priced right or could be priced right, then I would move forward.

I do not recommend this company. They charged a standard price to fix a leaking pipe. They job took 3 hours and they added 210.00 to an already 400.00 because the location was "hard to get to". There was no communication about price at all. Huge rip off!

I have always been able to count on Woodlands Plumbing - I'm sure that companies have an occasional glitch here and there but i can only tell you what I know about them and honestly say that I have never had a problem with them and they have always been on time and done the job i asked them to do quickly and inexpensively. I highly recommend them for whatever plumbing related services you need.

Work completed and my upstairs sink was fixed properly. Plumber was on time and professional. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Here's the deal. I asked the plumber to install a new sink stopper that I had bought when he put everything back together. He said no problem. Keep in mind that everything was pulled apart to fix it. When I got the bill, I was charged $135 for installing my own $8 stopper! This was on top of a hefty hourly rate of $225. My mistake was not getting a quote upfront. When I called and offered them a chance to fix it and to call me the next day after they reviewed the ticket, they cashed the check and didn't call.

Very negative experience. Even though they completed the job, professionalism was very "ifi". My mistake was not asking for an estimate before-hand, therefore I had to pay 5 times what I had expected!! Labor was outrageously high, not justified in any way. Could NOT recommend them at all.

I have been a loyal customer of Woodlands Plumbing for 15 years. They have always done excellent work. There is no other plumbing company that I would trust to do the job right. I recently used them for a job that turned out to be more complicated than it should have been. With ingenuity and perserverance, the job was accomplished to my complete satisfaction. The quality of their workmanship, integrity and professionalism of the plumbers and willingness to go above and beyond are reasons they are the only plumbing company I will ever use in The Woodlands.
