Amazing company and workers! While trying to do laundry my whole basement flooded, seemed water kept pouring out of the wall where the pipes were and not cycling. After a massive flood I called The Well Pump Guys in the morning and Thomas was at my house within 2 hours. Turns out my whole pump had to be replaced. Thomas and another lovely woman replaced it quickly as well as testing the new pump. They cleaned up everything and went over the total with me which was fairly priced! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

After the recent storm, we lost power for 18 hours... when it returned our water pressure diminished considerably. Having changed the water filter the day before the outage, I ruled out the filter. But a quick call to The Well Pump Guys on Sunday 7:50am.. Dave convinced me to check the filter! I could not imagine the sediment that I found.. THANK YOU DAVE!

Techs were professional and did a good job from what I could see..My problem is the bill for the well pump was padded quite a bit. Was charged 1,104.00 for a 500 dollar pump. Bill for labor and a 3/4 hp pump cost me 2,850.00 ..Sucks companies take advantage when you need emergency service.

These guys are awesome. I called at 7am received a call back within 5 minutes from Dave the owner. Told him my problem and sent Will and Rich within 1 hour. There was a problem with the well pump and the water stopped working - They did a series of tests and reported my pump had gone bad after a good long run of 16 plus years. We didn't have to wait for a part, they had it on the truck with them. Job was done within 3 hours. Will explained everything he was doing along the way. I was told what the price would be roughly and it was exactly in the range they anticipated it would be. They are fair and considering the amount of work they had done, the price was great. And left everything clean. It's hard to find this kind of reliability, service, and responsiveness and we are so happy we did. Thanks so much! We have now found our go-to guys. These guys are the best. They came out immediately, checked the situation, and then scheduled a new well pump and completed it within 4 hours the next day, as they stated. I got a very fair price and the crew was great.
Did I mention it was done the day before Christmas! Could have been a bad situation for me, but Dave and the crew took great care of me.
I truly recommend them!

Very professional, prompt service over the weekend by being there to replace my broken well pump.

The owner was very helpful over the phone in arranging for service, and Rob (the technician who did the work) was at my house within minutes assessing the problem and getting to work on my well pump replacement.

I never write reviews about companies but I seriously was blown away by the service I received from the Well Pump Guys (Adams-Water.com). My first experience was with David (the owner) who came out of Fathers Day to help me assess my no water pressure. I just arrived home from vacation and really needed water back!! Dave quickly resolved my issue which turned out to be a fuse in the loop i did not know about. David was able to resolve and for an amazingly fair price (on a holiday to boot). That was just a few weeks ago and now once again I am having pressure issues and I used the knowledge David instilled in me to do my own troubleshooting but I still needed his expertise. Over the phone David helped guide me on things to check to make sure my issue really warranted his visit. He explained what possibly could be wrong and within an hour or so he was onsite to assess. Again he found the issue and said my running toilet drained my well! I cannot believe I overlooked my toilet running as the culprit.He did find some other issues and explained possible outcomes and I David just feels so honest to me. Long story short my well pressure came back after resolving the leaky toilet, He was never looking to make a quick buck off me. If and when my well pump fails I will without a doubt be using his company. I will recommend his company to all I know because it is hard these days to find honest companies that just do good work.
