Get this... If you go to the waterworks site to write a review, you're first asked if you'd recommend waterworks. If you select no, you're taken to a page where your you log a complaint to be reviewed internally. But... If you select yes, you're taken to a page where you can write a review on Yelp, Google, etc. In other words, they are trying to filter to reviews to ensure only good feedback is posted. Seems pretty shady to me, and I wouldn't believe the good ratings as a result. I'm sure there are other people that paid over a hundred dollars for nothing like I did but didn't figure this out. Pick another place to have your stuff fixed.

I had them out about 3 weeks ago to install a kitchen faucet. They were kind of rude, and tried to upsell me too much. Now, the faucet isn't turning off - only three weeks later - so I called. They told me that even if the installation was at fault, they wouldn't make it right, and I would have to pay for them to come fix it.

No thanks. I'll give my money to some other company from now on.

After calling four different plumbing companies, this was the only company that would come out that day and fix a clog in the main drain. He came out in just an hour after my call, snaked the drain, and even gave me tips on prevention in the future. The cost was reasonable compared to others I had in the past for the same problem. He was very courteous and professional. I'd call them again.

Our hot water in our home started to become very intermittent, so we called a couple plumbing companies to come out and give an estimate. Waterworks, while not cheap, was actually the cheaper of the two and had a simpler solution. Our tech agreed to come back the next day to accommodate our schedule that evening and didn't charge us for that. They serviced both my water heaters and we haven't had a problem since. Happy we called them!

I had a water heater that was leaking all over the place. Waterworks came (after hours--that was totally awesome) and told me I needed it to be replaced because there was a hole located in the back of it. Ok, no problem. Unfortunately, this happened on a Friday night so even though I paid the after hours rate for them to come and check it out that day, if I wanted it replaced any time that weekend I would again have to pay premium rates so I had them come Monday (cleaning up water out of the huge water tank all day Sat & Sun was not fun).

They showed up Monday and were on time. The gentleman was very nice and professional. HERE""S MY PROBLEM...after only having the water tank a year and 4 months it is leaking!!!!! Are you kidding me. Now I understand that sometimes these things happen so I called them. The lady on the phone asked me for my address and informed me that my hot water thank is out of warranty by 4 months so all labor and parts are not covered.

She then tells me that she has a tech that can come out tonight if I pay the up charge for after hours (no thank you) or she can look at their schedule and see what she has available. Yep nothing until Monday. Figures. So if I want my 1 year old hot water tank repaired before Monday I will have to pay another up charge for the tech to come figure out what's wrong and then another one for them to come back with the part to fix it if it's not on their truck.

NO THANK YOU. What a way to take care of your customers. I will call someone else and give them my business.

Don't know where to start with these guys but will point out they only reason they are getting a 1 star is because they were able to come out on the day I called and did they job in about half an hour. Now for the bad, had them come out due to a clogged sink drain. I had already checked the trap and it was not clogged so I knew it needed to be snaked, what I would consider minor and pretty quick, immediately hit me with a quote of $175. If we didn't have people coming over the next and could have gone with someone cheaper I would have. The guy did not acknowledge my wife or son sitting right there with me, that's just basic courtesy. After he was done he quickly had me sign the paper work he was gone. I went to inspect the work and the first thing I noticed was brown and black tracks ( not sure what it was nor do I want to all across my floors) and black hand prints all over my lower cabinets. After mopping all that up I see that now some of my recently installed tile floor is all chipped. Then I open up the cabinet below the sink and it literally looks like a shit bomb went off underneath the sink. After almost an hour of scrubbing it's somewhat cleaned but just smells rotten. So all in all I spent 3 times amount cleaning up this guys mess and that's not including the time and cost now to repair my tile floors. Stay away from these guys at all cost!

Waterworks saved my life!! I had been battling some sewage in the basement for 4 days in the house that I rent. Unable to use any water, shower, use the facilities it was driving me insane. I was finally able to get my landlord to use Waterworks after a colleague recommended them. Art & Chris showed up early (I was totally fine with that) assessed the situation quickly and got ready to get down to business. Their estimate wasn't outrageous ($344) and their set up time was very quick. Once in the basement they remained positive even with the gross job they were facing. They explained everything they were doing and their thoughts on the problem. I forgot to mention that my landlord had a plumber come the 3 days prior to no avail (in completing the job). Needless to say they had their work cut out for them. It ended up being roots from the tree invading the line which they say are typically 7 out of 10 of their calls. I couldn't believe it because there are no trees in the backyard. They pulled several feet of roots out and then checked the main line and said that the snake had freed even longer sets of roots. I really had it bad. We ran all the water in the house to make sure there was proper flow and they even worked another 30min (at no additional cost) just to make sure we were completely in the clear. All the while remaining super positive, informative, and cool. When it was all said and done they explained everything to my landlord and myself (what they did, how to prevent it in the future, and the bill). Art & Chris helped relieve so much stress and frustration from the past 4 days. I cannot speak more highly of them & my experience with Waterworks. I will most definitely use them for any plumbing issues in the future and if/when anyone should ever need them. Thanks again guys. I owe you.

Good service. Had accessed through Angie's List and mentioned the $35 coupon and did not get it off the bill.

The guys came over in the morning and he said that if he made a mistake and damaged the thing, it wouldn't be his fault and that he isn't paying for the damage. I also asked him to wear shoe covers but he refused until he pushed me to the limits. I called in for a compliant and they're going to send another guy over. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! SUCH A FUCKING ASSHOLE!
