Waterworks quoted a water pipe repair job stating it would take a full day and advised that if it took less time there would be no refund. Assuming that they were correct about the time estimate, we agreed and signed the quote.

They completed the job in two hours - not eight hours. Two men - one stood and watched the other work. They intentionally attempted to overcharged the repair job. Their customer service person agreed that the quote was incorrect and agreed to a $500 refund, which they made.

Now due to their attempt to overcharge and the refund, we are on their ""do not service list.""

Do not use The Water Works. The company is unscrupulous and dishonest.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. In October they came out to install a battery for my Watchdog battery backup for my sump pump. By March the battery backup began beeping incessantly. I added distilled water and the system kept beeping. I knew that the Waterworks technician had run to Home Depot to buy the battery he replaced. So I a) Called Waterworks who said, sorry, you're out of warranty. and b) Called the Watchdog battery backup company who told me that the Waterworks technician installed the wrong battery type and that it would continue to malfunction as a result. When I asked why the system had worked fine till now, Watchdog said this is typical - but the system will eventually break down.

Today Waterworks came back out and told me I was out of luck because they only warranty the parts/work for 90-days. I suppose I should be happy they didn't charge me their $60 fee for visiting my house to tell me I was out of that $300 I paid them to install the wrong battery.

I have a lot of plumbing choices. I've used Waterworks for years. NEVER AGAIN.

In my opinion, Waterworks does terrible terrible work. I have had water coming into my home during heavy rain for the last two years. I finally found out from a neighbor, that Waterworks was the company that did the repair/replacement of the water line a month before i moved in. I tried calling them and they would not give me any information on what was done prior to me living here. I simply wanted to know what was done and if there was a possibility that this could somehow have an easy fix or be remedied.

I would never, ever use this company.

I had several slow moving drains. I called and they would not give an estimate over the phone. It cost $60 for someone to come and give an estimate. After looking at my drains for a total of 1 minute I was told they were small drains (2 shower/tub and 1 bath sink) and I was given the standard estimate. I am unsure why this could not have been given over the phone. It was $214 for first drain and $118 for each additional drain. These were not clogged drains. At this point I am stuck with either losing the $60 and spending my time for another plumber or spending $450 for an hour worth their time. Unfortunately I paid $460 and it took them one hour.

I have NO IDEA where this overall minor rating comes from - these people ROCK. I've used them on and off as needed since 2007. I know I'm behind on getting around to this - my fault Waterworks. I'll make it up to you.

We needed a new garbage disposal installed. We called last Sunday got an appointment the next day. The intake order on Sunday was efficient, easy and she was so professional and so kind to us. Andre came over on Monday and it took him all of 40 min to install our new disposal.

The service call was an automatic $60 and that gets applied to your quote. People don't work for free so I'll say that now so people can stop belly aching about a fee. It's a BUSINESS. $60 is reasonable to come out an assess.

The intake caller on Sunday told me when they call on Monday you have GOT TO PICK UP when they are in route because if they don't get a live answer they cannot make that stop. Great. Expectations set I got it.

Not only was he 15 min (after the call was answered :) ) he was in and out. SO efficient. I loved that.

Waterworks is the best. For about 15 years we had neighbors across the street where the guy worked for a competitor plumbing company. LOL. We still used Waterworks not to be mean but once you find what WORK for you, you stick with it. Happily. Love me Waterworks!

My kitchen sink faucet was leaking so I searched online for good reviews. I ended up deciding on The Waterworks and I'm glad I did. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The tech showed up that afternoon in a mask and booties. He did great work and was thorough and knowledgeable. He was very helpful making recommendations for some other work I need done. I'm glad I chose The Waterworks and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had Waterworks clear drains for me in the past and have been satisfied with their work. This time I need a certified inspector who could inspect and test the backflow valve for my irrigation system. Andre inspected the valve and it didn't pass so I called the company who installed it and they replaced the valve. I called Waterworks and they sent Andre again and it passed. They did not charge for the first trip since it didn't pass. My experiences with Andre, the technician and the scheduler were both very professional and there was no doubt Andre knew what he was doing. Although I thought the price was a little high, the overall experience was excellent.

Had a new floor put in the bathroom and installer used waterworks to remove and replace the toilet. A few months later we noticed discoloration between the boards, then wetness. Of course it was outside their 90 day warranty. Had another company out and it turned out that they put in a standard wax ring with the thicker floor and was not sealing. Last week could not even get an answer on waterworks phone.
