This is the second time I've used Watershed. Both experiences have been positive. I used them yesterday to replace the four water shut off valves in my master bath and remove and install two faucets. I had already received an estimate from ARS for this work. They quoted around $700. When I called Watershed they told me on the phone that the work should take around two hours and would be billed at $110/hr and a $25 call charge. I scheduled the work for 8:30 on 5/16. They were there just after 8:30 and immediately started work. They completed the work in less than two hours and the total bill for four shutoffs, supply lines, and labor came to $240. The worker work was pleasant, professional, and cleaned up when he was done. Before leaving he verified that there were no problems with the install. I couldn't be happier with Watershed and will use them again.

Highly advise anyone looking for a real PLUMBER to not use this company or Mike Stevens, the owner. He may have a """"license"""" to be a plumber but is at best a handy man. Products he offers are not the best quality products for the amount of money he is charging his customers.

As Good as it gets! That's the review. We have used Mike and his team more than once and this latest time was a monster of a job. We had 2 toilets that were not draining properly. It turned out to have multiple causes that we have ignored for decades including a corroded galvanized pipe that eventually collapsed, an ancient clay pipe that had broken, and cleanout connections that had been buried by plumbers long ago. It was a mess that took multiple trips and all kinds of tools including camera and jack hammer. What a job! Mike and his crew took copious notes and pictures and itemized everything for us so that it was easy to see what was being done. The cost was what was to be expected and the cleanup they did was such that it looks like nothing had ever been done. They did an amazing job. We will continue to use The Watershed Plbg. Co. for all of our plumbing needs in North Myrtle Beach and we encourage you to do the same.

I got Watershed's phone number from a co-worker and called them to make an appointment on Monday to come out on Friday to do some work between 4 and 5. I gave the person my address and phone. So Friday morning comes and Watershed calls and cancels because I live in Loris and that is too far to travel. Nothing like waiting until the last minute to let me know.

Watershed Plumbing was recommended to me by my condo checker in N. Myrtle Beach, SC. They gave me a fair price to remove and replace my hot water heater as opposed to 3 other companies that were grossly over-priced. They also replaced my garbage disposal while they were there, because they had one in their service vehicle. I have also had them replace the main water shut off valve, and a troublesome tee trap drip valve that was within the wall of my closet. They were able to co-ordinate with my condo checker when he could be there to let them in or out. They performed the jobs they did to my complete satisfaction, and I feel comfortable with them to do any plumbing -related job for me when I am up in New England. There seems to be a lot of higher than normal quotes to perform work on condos in the area, probably because of all the rental properties and absent owners. I would highly recommend Watershed Plumbing if you want honest pricing and great service. Be careful not to hire a company that is Always Robbing Seniors, or a company the local police consider to be a crime in progress if they see a shady contractor's service vehicle in your driveway.

DEFINITELY DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! Mike is very nice at first but after you make the mistake of letting them go out that all changes. They over billed me on how many hours they were out there. And they had to go back more than once because they couldn't find the leak,(that's what they are supposed to do) which they billed me for that too. And lets not forget the daily service fees, higher hourly rate on weekends, so on and so forth. The bill was ridiculous and the work wasn't even completed. Pulled them off the job and had a reputable guy finish. The worst experience ever with a plumber.

Did not try to sale products that I didn't need . Gave us the facts & options to make a good decision on getting our hot water heater back up & running . We opted to install a new tank. They arrived exactly on time . The 2 young men were very polite & professional . They did a great job installing . I highly recommend Watershed.

My husband had soldered some copper pipes and stub out caps. We called watershed to look at his work and make sure it was done sufficiently so they wouldn't leak. They dribbled a little extra onto it, not making much difference. Just made a messy show. (My husbands work was neatly done.) We also asked them to replace a shower valve with lever and trim. This costs $85 at Lowes and they charged us $129 for the part. Also, a goof plate had to be added. They charged a staggering $65 for this $18 item. Highway robbery! To top it off, they didn't even turn the water on and check their workmanship before they left. Their work is sloppy and they don't check behind themselves. They stab people with hefty pricing for inadequate work. I will never use them again, nor can I recommend them.

Update on my previous review three days ago: I'm returning to Yelp to give Watershed some stars back. Three days later, they are honoring their quoted price and I sincerely appreciate it.
