I was trying to find a leak originated in one of my showers. I called Waterboy and spoke with Omer. He asked me some questions and determined that they were not able to help me and advised me to call a plumber. I asked him for a referral, which he provided. I was extremely impressed because, even though the company was not going to get any business from me at this time, he spent a significant amount of time explaining the situation to me, and I feel I got a lot of information from him. I would certainly recommend them.

The level of customer service from Omer, and this company is unbelievable. We had a leak and didn't know where it was coming from. Omer got us scheduled -- and checked in throughout to make sure we were good. Identified the issue, and then gave us recommendations for next steps and options of who we could consider to use to fix the issue. We hired The Waterboy Leak detection in hopes of finding a leak in the exterior of a home that was coming from a planter. We would empty the planter and it would constantly fill up and stay stagnant at the same level. It was unclear where the leak was coming from, even after we dug through the planter. We originally thought it might be coming from a sprinkler line, but there was literally no sprinkler lines there. And that's when we called The Waterboy and met Nadav. The man came the very next day and within half an hour, found the source of the leak which ended up coming from a hidden hose bip from the neighbor's home! Nadav is knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, just an enjoyable person to be around. He also loves a challenge, which I admire about him. I'd highly recommend him and his crew to detect any leaks that are tough to find.

I found this company through yelp and requested a quote. Within minutes, Nadav reached out to me and was able to work around my schedule to get a technician over to determine if my master bedroom shower had a leak. I've contacted so many plumbers and they were unable to identify why there would leak from my second floor. Rigo, the technician was able to diagnosed our problem and provided knowledgeable advice on how to fix the issue. He check all bathroom in our house to make sure there wasn't any leak and we also found out that our sprinkler system had a leak and needed replacement! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who would like to know if there's a leak in your home. Best customer service and knowledgeable technicians!

I called The Waterboy on a Sunday, fearing I had a potential plumbing leak in a hot water pipe somewhere due to drop in pressure. They were able to walk me through trouble shooting over the phone to determine I did not have a leak and my issue was not as urgent as I thought. I could wait to call a plumber and not pay after hours prices. What a relief!!
