I had an extreme emergency. The kitchen pipe bursted and caused flooding. I was looking for plumbers and I clearly needed one asap. This company came to my family's rescue. So happy I got a hold of this place. They found the leak quickly and guided me through the next steps in order to fix the problem. I got the job completed thanks to them no more leaks. So incredibly helpful, trustworthy, professional, and efficient. I was in an irrational panic when we found water damage (again) in our home. Nadav was so patient and walked me through everything I needed to think about to figure out the source of the problem. Just by talking through the scenario over the phone and sharing photos, he was able to diagnose it when multiple other services couldn't figure it out even in person. Even though it turned out to be outside of the scope of what he works on, he graciously took the time to answer my follow-up questions on multiple calls. I had received emails from water and power notifying me that I may have a significant leak due to continuous water use at my home. I had tried several times to locate the leak myself, but couldn't find anything unusual. I called Waterboy and they had a leak detection expert at my house with a couple hours. Rigo was very nice and professional. I was concerned about having someone in the house due to Covid, but he wore a mask the whole time and worked quickly. He checked the house, under the house, all front and backyard irrigation and pool. He located the leak which was well hidden from view in the backyard. I'd have never found it on my own.
