Nadav and team were super helpful. I had a galvanized pipe leak, and there were even some questions about where the leak was after their first visit (pipe leaking in multiple spots)... the team came back a second time to ensure their work, and they were spot on. The team even followed up with me to ensure all was OK. They even provided the docs so I could get a reimbursement from DWP (as they give credits to any underground leaks once fixed.. which they let me know about).

After an abnormally high water bill, we were encouraged to consider using a leak detection service to see if that was the issue. Nadav was helpful, patient, and transparent when I called to get more information on their services, even having me take some initial steps to assess before booking our appointment. Rigo arrived on-time, was friendly, and thorough, but most importantly, asked us questions about our water usage we hadn't considered. Ultimately (and thankfully) he did not detect any leak, but suggested it was likely an issue in the settings that may have been unknowingly adjusted on our sprinkler system. I hope for no one to be faced with a leak, but in the event that you are, I fully recommend this team to help you with the issue!

It's rare to find a company that is honest, with great customer service and experienced service representatives. Water Boy fits the bill. I had a suspicious potential leak in a multi unit residence in WLA and they were able to come out the next morning as I requested.Their field manager Nadav was on time & spent two hours leaving no stone unturned. He verified there was no leak in any pressurized pipes, spent considerable time conferring with my A/C & plumbing specialist by phone regarding possible leak from an A/C unit and kept me informed at every turn. Nadav gave me recommendations on how to monitor the issue, inasmuch as everything appeared dry by the time he conducted his inspection. Then, he provided me with his cell phone number & told me to contact him immediately if we suspect the problem has returned so he can come right over to investigate. I received my written report that evening as well as follow-up email. Not only is Nadav lovely to deal with, he is extremely professional and diligent. Pricing is reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend Water Boy !!

I called and asked for someone to come out and reevaluate my yard this morning, and they came right out within 20 minutes. They gave an additional inspection, based on the fact that they guarantee their work! They were very kind, and thorough in their assessment, and it was greatly appreciated. In addition, they were respectful and took all the precautions with Covid protocols! I highly recommend this company!!

We had a leak in our property (between the main and the house and we have a long driveway) and I called this company since it seemed to be highly rated. The office lady was pleasant and helpful. Rigo came the next morning. He was pleasant to deal with, explaining what he was doing along the way. After a few hours of working he suggested the location of the leak. He recommended a plumber, who was very responsive and eventually located the leak and fixed it. It turned out that the location of the leak was a couple of feet off, but the pipe was really deep and it was PVC, which made the detection very tricky. So overall I was satisfied the work they did and the location of the leak was close enough for the plumber as a starting point.
