Have to post considering i reached out on Thursday at 430pm and didn't hear back at all after sending photos for a quote. I don't like negative reviews but they dropped the ball on this one. Asked for a quote sent photos hoping to hear back with in a day. Monday rolls around so i reached out to The Pluming Pros. With in 10min I had a quote and scheduled appointment same day. Jay is incredibly responsive, courteous, honest, and thorough! I would absolutely recommend him for water heater installation. We had to troubleshoot some issues with our home's plumbing to optimize the new water heater and he was all over it to ensure everything was perfect. Read his reviews after my pilot light went out and would not relight. I called and Jay answered right away but was busy, So he gave instructions over the phone to help get it lit. Looks like i found myself a hot water heater expert i can use for any service or replacement. My tank is 15 years old so i'll definitely use them in the future.

I wasn't able to use this company to replace our hot water heater since they were booked, but Jay was so professional and helpful when I called so I feel obligated to share my experience. He didn't have availability to provide service same day which is very understandable. But he took the extra time to give advice on next steps to prevent further flooding damage from our broken water heater (turn off water & gas, drain out water with hose). He even offered to walk us through it over the phone. He then referred us to another company which we ended up going with. I really appreciated his expertise and recommendations and I'm sure he does great work as well!

Our Bradford White water heater stopped heating water after 16 years. We contacted several installers and decided to work with Jay because he was responsive and kept in good communication. He showed up on time, even on a day that will surpass 103 degrees, was efficient, did really nice work, and left the work area clean. Jay installed a new Bradford White water heater at the price he quoted without any extra add on charges. We are satisfied with the brand which has been reliable and keeping us in hot water for all these years. Highly recommend Jay for anyone that needs a good water heater installed. Our water heater stopped working on the 4th of July. I was able to call him and get a quote after sending him a few pics of the water heater and describing the problem. He came out the next afternoon on time and was done in about an hour. Great service and pricing was reasonable.

Jay was great. I had an emergency with a busting water heater. I was expecting to spend at least $3500 and a 2 days wait. Jay was able to install a new water heater by 1 Pm on the same day. His price was very reasonable. He was opened to my many questions and provided honest responses. He did not try to sell me more than what I needed and what would help me be efficient.
