Had an immediate need as my Water Heater was leaking. Called The Water Heater Man and Jay answered. Immediately he put me at ease and asked me to send a few pictures of the existing water heater condition. He explained next steps and availability which was next day and we agreed. I was very impressed by Jay's professionalism and expertise and would highly recommend The Water Heater Man to everyone! Appreciate a job well done!

Last night I had a water heater leak. I texted Jay and other contractors through Yelp and he responded within minutes (awesome). Much faster than any other. I sent him pictures of the water heater and explained the problem. He gave an estimate on installing the same set up and set up a time for the next day. Today he gave me a courtesy call and confirmed his time. That's a big deal when a contractor shows up on time. I also have a circulation pump he estimates at $400. I saw it on Amazon for $150-225. I ended up paying the mark up. But overall, Jay was very professional, efficient, clean install and was slightly lower in pricing compared to his competitors. He also followed up a couple hours after install to make sure everything was in order. I would recommend him if you needed a water heater.

Called a couple places on a Saturday morning to see if they could help me with a water heater that had stopped working. They couldn't help until Monday or Tuesday. Jay answered and, picked up what I needed, and was at my house by Noon. In less than two hours, new water heater was installed and everything was working great. First some quick background - we have been fully quarantined with a high risk person living with us (age & immune system compromised due to chemotherapy). So, when we came out to water leaking all over our garage, we were very worried about how we were going to take care of it safely. I called up Jay based on the positive Yelp reviews, and he completely understood our situation and immediately put us at ease. He was able to give us a competitive estimate on a new water heater install based on pictures of our setup, performed excellent quality work at the agreed-upon price, and most importantly for us in this current crazy situation - was able to handle everything completely contact-free!

Thank you Jay for the excellent work you did for us, and especially for the way you went about it! We were back to normal way faster than I would have dreamed possible after walking out to a wet garage, and we didn't feel like our situation had been compromised at all.

Our pilot light was broken on our water heater and I found Jay based on his yelp reviews. He responded to my call right away and took the time to hear what was wrong and talked about some options. He is an honest and friendly business owner and does all of the work himself. With Covid concerns he had me send pictures so he could do some research and work on his end before coming to my home. I was able to order parts from my warranty and once they arrived I called Jay. He was at my home with in and hour and half as he had promised. My hot water heater is working again and we were extremely pleased with our experience.

Two nights ago, when our boys were getting ready to shower, my wife said, ""Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that we don't have hot water."" I tried to start it, which I know how to do, but no go. Yesterday morning, she called a few people after reading some reviews on Nextdoor and here. We decided on Jay because he's a member of the community where we live, and we like to support local businesses. Bonus when he said that he would be able to install one the same day. When he showed up, on time, he insisted on trying to get the (only 5 years old) heater to work. No go. We had already agreed to replace the heater, so he brought one with him. Two hours later, done. Did I mention that he was the least expensive? Price is not our sole criteria... We would recommend Jay to anyone with 100% confidence.

Our water heater started leaking and I did a quick Yelp search and luckily found Jay. He answered by first call, we communicated on the phone and via text to send pics/video of my problem. Water heater was well over 10 years old so we decided to replace it. He gave a competitive flat rate price and was there the next morning to replace it. No problems, great cleanup, friendly to boot! We're happy as can be. Never had a home repair go so seamlessly!
