Moved into my house in 2015, water heaters worked fine but were super insulated on outside. Turns out that they were installed in 1987!!! (Which is probably why they were so insulated on outside Lol). So I guess I can't complain about getting another 8 years out of them before one went down on Monday and coincidentally the other on Wednesday (maybe a water pressure spike?). Anyways, I talked to Jay on Wednesday and had two new water heaters installed by Friday. These were two tough locations to work with too. Jay and his partner worked through the obstacles and got it done in one day when we planned for two. I would certainly recommend them. Great job guys!

My water started leaking and I completely stressed out over it. I was given a couple quotes, one of which was a ""You buy, I pick up and install"" situation. This was suspicious and rightfully so, it was a scam! Beware of these.

I called The Water Heater Man as my third call and he was out within about 24 hours and installed the new tank. Great communication, very responsive, and excellent customer service. One man show and very much appreciated. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing a new water heater or repairs!

Jay did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him. Unlike the other water heater repair companies I reached out to, he provided me complete details on why my water heater stopped functioning, provided me a great quote and scheduled me the next day. He kept in communication and requested pictures so he knew exactly what needed when he arrived. He showed up on time and had the repair complete in about 2 hours. Have to post considering i reached out on Thursday at 430pm and didn't hear back at all after sending photos for a quote. I don't like negative reviews but they dropped the ball on this one. Asked for a quote sent photos hoping to hear back with in a day. Monday rolls around so i reached out to The Pluming Pros. With in 10min I had a quote and scheduled appointment same day. Jay is incredibly responsive, courteous, honest, and thorough! I would absolutely recommend him for water heater installation. We had to troubleshoot some issues with our home's plumbing to optimize the new water heater and he was all over it to ensure everything was perfect.
